材1の裏面部3に硬質合成樹脂製板6を被着し、
前記基材1の裏面部3にも、前記凹部4を遮蔽し
鍔部10が形成されるように硬質合成樹脂製板6
を延設して形成したことを特徴とするICプリン
ト積層基板及び銅箔等用パレツトである。
