BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a breathable waterproof cloth. More specifically, it relates to a cloth having excellent sweat absorption and a dry-textured, non-greasy feel, and is suitable for clothing in the outdoor field, particularly training clothing and sportswear materials such as competition clothing. ..

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a water-repellent or waterproof cloth,
Lamination or coating of a urethane resin on one or both sides of a woven fabric made of thermoplastic synthetic fiber multifilaments has been carried out. This is because the urethane-based resin layer (film) has fine porosity, so that it has water repellency or waterproofness as well as moisture permeability. However, when such a cloth is used in sportswear, the sweat processing capacity decreases as the amount of sweat increases,
The generated sweat not only causes discomfort due to stickiness between the skin and the clothes, but also lowers the body temperature due to latent heat due to evaporation of water from the skin, which is not preferable in terms of health.

On the other hand, as a cloth having a sweat processing ability and less discomfort due to stickiness between the skin and clothes due to sweating, a layer made of a hydrophobic resin is provided on the back surface layer (the side in contact with the skin) of the cloth, A woven or knitted fabric having a two-layer structure is known in which a surface layer having a high ability to retain water is provided in the surface layer.
However, when such a cloth is used in sportswear, it has poor moisture permeability because perspiration is diffused from the back surface layer to the front surface layer and retained by the front surface layer during sweating. It is unsuitable for clothing because it is weak, and because the surface layer is an ultrafine fiber, it is inferior in color developability and is visually unfavorable.

In view of the above situation, the present inventor has been excellent in waterproofness against moisture from the outside such as wind and rain without causing discomfort due to sticky skin and clothes due to sweating and reduction in body temperature. As a result of examination for the purpose of obtaining a cloth, the present invention has been achieved.

Hydrophobic fibers having a monofilament fineness of 1.0 to 5.0 denier are used for the back layer (the side in contact with the skin) of the fabric according to the present invention. When the single fiber fineness is less than 1.0 denier, after absorbing the generated sweat, the transfer of sweat to the intermediate layer,
Immediate diffusion does not occur and the skin feels wet. Also,
If the single fiber fineness exceeds 5.0 denier, it will feel stiff and the texture will be very poor. Desirably 1.2-4.
It is 5 denier.

Examples of the hydrophobic fiber include polyester and polyolefin, and polyester having a small Young's modulus decrease is preferable. Among the polyesters, polyethylene terephthalate is particularly preferable in terms of processability, setting properties and the like. An extra fine yarn of 0.5 denier is used. When the single fiber fineness is less than 0.1 denier, processability is poor in fabric production, and when it exceeds 0.5 denier, water retention is poor. It is preferably 0.2 to 0.4 denier.

As the ultrafine yarn, for example, fibers obtained by directly spinning fibers are partially hydrophilically treated, split type polyester / polyamide mixed fibers, sea-island type polyester / polyamide fibers, polyester fibers and polyamide fibers. Although there are mixed multifilaments, etc., a split type polyester / polyamide mixed fiber is preferable because it has a small single fiber fineness and excellent water retention.

The surface layer is a moisture-permeable and waterproof resin layer, and is obtained by subjecting the surface of the intermediate layer to a moisture-permeable and waterproof treatment. Such treatment is carried out by a known method, for example, a spray method, a dipping method, a coating method, a laminate method using a moisture-permeable waterproof resin such as an acrylic type, a vinyl chloride type, a rubber type, a polyamide type or a urethane type. It can be performed by a method such as a method.

When the fabric of the present invention is used in the upswear in the field of outdoor, sweating is promoted by vigorous exercise, and even if the humidity in the clothes rises, the cloth has moisture permeability so that the increase in humidity in the clothes is suppressed. Body temperature does not drop due to latent heat caused by evaporation of water from the skin. Further, the generated sweat is diffused from the back surface layer to the intermediate layer and once held in the layer, but is diffused from the moisture permeable surface layer, so that there is no sticky feeling due to sweat. Furthermore, since the surface layer is also waterproof, it is suitable for exercise in the wind and rain.

In the fabric of the present invention, the intermediate layer is composed of extra fine yarn with poor color development. However, since the outer layer, that is, the surface layer, is a resin layer, the color of the extra fine yarn can be obtained by coloring the layer. The defect is eliminated and it is also useful as a dark-colored fabric having a colorful hue.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The fabric of the present invention can be used as a sportswear for outdoor fields, particularly training clothing, sports clothing, etc.
When used as a tua material, sweat generated by intense exercise is diffused from the back layer (the side in contact with the skin) to the middle layer and radiated outside through the surface layer, so there is no sticky feeling between the skin and clothing. Also, the waterproof property of the surface layer can prevent rain and wind.
