Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent degrading of sensitivity of a magnetic detector due to wearing by making a rotary brush at a suction port rotate after a main body part is inclined until a magnetic detection means disposed on the main body part of an upright type electric cleaner fails to detect magnetism of a magnet provided at a floor suction port. CONSTITUTION:The main body 51 of an upright type vacuum cleaner is pivoted centered on a rotating shaft 50 of a suction port 52 for floor free to rotate.
