以上にしてなる本考案の引戸用戸車は、引戸の表面板の裏面に取付ける戸車で あって、内部にローラーを回動可能に装着した合成樹脂製の本体カバーの表裏側 下部を該ローラーの下端より下方に延設して摺接片となしたので、当該戸車を取 付けた引戸をキャビネット等のレールに装着した場合に、前記両摺動片がレール の両側を摺動案内するので、引戸の表面板及び下部補強部等がレールに直接接触 することがなく、スムーズに引戸を開閉することができるとともに、レールを損 傷する恐れが全くないものである。その上、ローラーの下端より突出する摺接片 の上下寸法は適宜設定できるので、レールからの引戸の外れも防止できる。また 、本体カバーの両側下端部に退避部を設けたので、当然ながら本体カバーがレー ルに接触することがなくローラーをレール上に転支することを可能となしている 。 The sliding door roller of the present invention as described above is a roller roller to be mounted on the back surface of the surface plate of the sliding door, and the lower part of the front and back sides of the synthetic resin main body cover inside which the roller is rotatably mounted is the lower end of the roller.
