弾力が失なわれつめ部の掛合が不確実となる問題
が残されており、又これ等の止め具は他の保持箱
体等を用いずに単独で使用するものであるから係
止片つめ部に素材弾性を有効に作用させるには、
係止片の他に止め具固定の為の案内片等を設けね
ばならないことから止め具の構造、製作を複雑に
なし、特にプラスチツク製であることから一体成
型を困難にする欠点が残されていた。更にこの止
め具の取付けを簡易かつ堅固にする為には止め具
自体の構成は無論のことつめ部と掛合する掛止口
も重要な要素となるのであるが、上述の先行技術
等における掛止孔は単なる穿孔にて形成されたも
のであり、止め具取付けは困難かつ不確実となつ
ていた。従つてこのような従来の止め具及びその
取付構造では組立てデスクの天板のように、下面
に予じめ止め具を固定した天板を机本体へ上方か
ら押し付けることによつて袖部、脚板等の上面に
形成した掛止口へ止め具を嵌合掛止させて天板取
付けを行う場合の如く止め具と掛止口との嵌合を
直に見ながら取付けを行うことができない取付状
況下では止め具と掛止孔の嵌合が極めて困難とな
り、又デスク天板の場合デスクの移動時等におい
て天板を持つて移動させることが多い為にその取
付けは確実となさねばならないが、以上のような
素材弾性を利用しただけのプラスチツク製の止め
具でこのような堅固な連結を期待することはでき
なかつた。
