【発明の詳細な説明】
産業上の利用分野
本発明は、射出成形金型において、成形品に有
する2方向のアンダーカツト部分を金型より離型
するためのアンダーカツト処理装置に関するもの
である。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an undercut treatment device for releasing undercut portions in two directions of a molded product from the mold in an injection mold.
従来例の構成とその問題点
従来のアンダーカツト処理装置は、第1図にそ
の具体構造を示すように、成形品10に有するア
ンダーカツトの部分11が一方向のものしか処理
が出来ないし、箱型の成形品10の内側の端面に
近い所にある場合、第2図に示すように金型の強
度や摺動などの製作上の面から、端面を含めた範
囲でアンダーカツト処理装置12を作らなければ
ならず、そのためアンダーカツト処理装置に成形
品の収縮で内側に引張力が作用し、前記アンダー
カツト処理装置の摺動が困難になつたり破損が起
こる。また、成形品の離型が困難などの問題があ
つた。なお図中矢印W方向は成形品の収縮による

発明の目的
本発明は、上記従来の欠点を解消するものであ
り、成形品のアンダーカツト処理を容易にするた

発明の構成
本発明は、型開き方向とは垂直な平面で、かつ
各々が垂直な軸を第1軸及び第2軸と設定し、こ
の両軸に対し傾斜して設けられ、型開き時突出し
プレート内を前記平面上に移動可能な構成であ
り、1方向のアンダーカツトを処理すると共に、
前記アンダーカツトと垂直方向にあるアンダーカ
ツトを同時に処理が行え、金型の摺動を容易にし
たり、また、ビンの破損が起きないようにした。
また、成形品の離型が容易に出来きわめて有利で

実施例の説明
以下に、本発明の一実施例を図により説明す
る。第3図は金型設定状態(型閉め時)を示し、
1は金型に内蔵したアンダーカツト処理装置の本
体、2は本体に2方向加工されたアンダーカツト
部分を示す。断面A−Aに示すような構造は従来
のアンダーカツト処理装置と変らず本体1が、金
型本体に設定されたガイド部3,4に上、下に摺
動する。本体1に固定されたツバ部8が、上部突
出しプレート5にガイド設定され、下部突出プレ
ート6の面を左、右方向に摺動する。断面B−B
が従来の構造と違い、本実施例の特徴を示し、本
体1の形状には、ある突出し寸法9まで突出しプ
レートを突出したときからアンダーカツト部分2
を処理するために処理ガイド部7にbの突出し傾
れ寸法が設定されている。上部突出しプレート5
にガイド設定された本体1のツバ部8には本体1
がアンダーカツト処理するために傾れるための逃

発明の効果
このように本発明は射出成形金型のアンダーカ
ツト処理装置を1方向だけのものだけではなく、
2方向のアンダーカツトを処理するためのもので
あるため、金型で起きるアンダーカツト処理装置
本体の摺動不良や破損の防止また、成形品の離型
が容易になつたり、2方向のアンダーカツトが可
能なため、商品設計上の利点があるという特徴も
