【実施例】本発明のものは、レンジフード１のグリスフ
イルター３の全面に設けるバッフル板４に、ＳＣホーロ
ー加工をするもので、この部分で調理中に発生した油煙
の油分を酸化燃焼反応させ、油を水蒸気と炭酸ガスに変
化させる事で、グリスフイルター３の部分にタール分の
付着を防止するものである。図１はレンジフード１の右
側面断面図であって、グリスフイルター３の全面にバッ
フル板４を設けたものである。このバッフル板４をＳＣ
ホーロー加工すると共に、ヒーター６を内蔵させ、バッ
フル板４を昇温する事でクリーニング効果を高めたもの
である。このようにする事で、調理中に発生した油煙
は、バッフル板４の部分でＳＣ触媒により、脂肪酸系の
ものは、低級炭化水素に分解又は、炭酸ガスにまで酸化
