FIG. 11 is a partially cutaway perspective view showing a conventional automobile door trim. This door trim 1 includes a core material 2 that is trim-cut to approximately match the shape of a door inner panel (not shown), and a surface of this core material 2. A door trim main body 4 is constructed from a skin material 3 coated on the skin material 3, and a cushion material 5 such as low melting point urethane foam or polypropylene foam is further applied to this skin material 3 to provide cushioning properties to the door trim 1.
is laminated on the back. A fabric sheet 6 is attached to the upper part of the door trim body 4 to enhance the design. Although this fabric sheet 6 is not shown, it is adhered to the door trim body 4 side via an adhesive, but in order to cleanly treat the peripheral end portion 6a of this fabric sheet 6,
A circumferential groove 7 is provided in the door trim body 4, and this circumferential groove 7 is formed along the left and right sides and lower circumferential edge end portions 6a of the fabric sheet 6, and these circumferential edge end portions 6a are accommodated in the circumferential groove 7. It has a fixed configuration.

For this purpose, the groove width of the circumferential groove 7 is set small,
Although it is preferable to make the gap A as small as possible, it is highly restricted by the dimensions of the convex portion 8a of the crimping die 8 and the degree of freedom of molding the core material 2, so currently it is difficult to set the gap A to 2 mm or less. It was impossible.

<Structure and Effects of the Invention> In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a fabric sheet attached to an appropriate position on the surface of a trim body that is formed to be approximately equal to the surface shape of an inner panel, and a fabric sheet attached to the periphery of the fabric sheet. In an automobile interior part in which a terminal is inserted and fixed into a circumferential groove provided in a trim body, the cloth sheet has a cushion material laminated and integrated on the back side, and the total thickness of the cloth sheet and cushion material is By setting the width of the circumferential groove to be larger than the width of the circumferential groove, when the fabric sheet is inserted into the circumferential groove, the cushion material becomes compressed, and the elastic restoring force of the cushion material makes the fabric sheet elastic in the circumferential groove. It is characterized by being connected and held.

That is, according to the above structure, a cushion material having an elastic action is laminated and integrated on the back side of the fabric sheet attached to an appropriate position on the surface of the trim body, and the total thickness of the fabric sheet and this cushion material is equal to the groove of the circumferential groove. Since the width is set slightly larger than the width, when the peripheral end of these fabric sheets is inserted and fixed into the circumferential groove provided on the trim body side, the elastic restoring force of the cushion material causes the fabric sheet and the cushion material to tighten around the periphery. Since it is tightly inserted into the groove, there is no gap in the circumferential groove as in the conventional case, which significantly improves the appearance and design, and prevents dirt and dust from accumulating in the gap. , it has the effect of being less likely to get dirty.

Furthermore, in this way, even if the groove width of the circumferential groove is set relatively large, there will be no deterioration in appearance, so there will be no restrictions on the dimensions of the crimping die or the molded shape of the core material, and mold management will be easier. becomes easier,
The degree of freedom in shaping the product is dramatically improved, and even if the insertion position of the crimp-type protrusion that is inserted into the circumferential groove and adheres the fabric sheet to the trim side varies slightly within the circumferential groove, the cushioning material can be easily Since it can be absorbed by the thickness, there is an advantage that such strict precision is not required in the mold accuracy of the crimping die or the positioning between the circumferential groove and the convex part of the crimping die.

First, the lower crimping die 4 is configured to be slidable.
The fabric sheet 16 is set on the upper surface of the fabric sheet 16, and at this time, the cushion material 18 laminated and adhered to the back side of the fabric sheet 16 is set facing upward.
Note that this fabric sheet 16 is attached to the setting block 4.
1, but this setting block 41 has a moderate buffering effect in the horizontal and vertical directions against excessive press pressure during press molding via a plurality of springs 42 against the lower press mold 40. It is becoming more and more equipped.

The adhesive is applied by a spray gun 44 located above the fabric sheet 16, and the adhesive is applied over the entire surface of the cushion material 18 located on the back side of the fabric sheet 16. Next, the lower press mold 40 is moved from the adhesive application area to the press molding area by the sliding mechanism. An upper crimping mold 45 that can be raised and lowered is located above this lower crimping mold 40, and the door trim main body 15 that was integrated in the above process is set on the mold surface of this upper crimping mold 45. Next, the upper die 45 for crimping is moved downward, and
Fabric sheet 1 on the upper part of the door trim body 15
6 is adhesively fixed (see FIG. 10). At this time,
The left and right side and lower peripheral edge ends of the laminated body of the fabric sheet 16 and the cushion material 18 are inserted and fixed into the circumferential groove 17 provided in the door trim body 15 by the crimping bar 46. The groove width can be set relatively freely as long as it satisfies the condition that the groove width is slightly smaller than the sum of the thicknesses of the fabric sheet 16 and the cushion material 18, so there are no restrictions on the width of the crimp bar 46. The mold processing including the crimp bar 46 can be easily performed without being damaged, and the crimp bar 46 only needs to be inserted into the circumferential groove 17 on the side of the door trim body 15.
Since variations during insertion can be absorbed by the thickness of the cushion material 18, slight dimensional errors during positioning can be tolerated.

Furthermore, after the left and right sides and lower ends of the laminate of the fabric sheet 16 and the cushion material 18 are inserted and fixed into the circumferential groove 17, the elastic restoring force of the cushion material 18 causes the circumferential groove 17 to fit into these fabric sheets 16. Since the ends 16a and 18a of both the cushion material 18 and the cushion material 18 are loaded more closely, there is no gap in the circumferential groove 17 that previously occurred, which significantly improves the appearance and prevents dust, dirt, etc. from adhering. Therefore, the conventional problem of easy staining can be effectively solved.
