切断することを特徴とする構成としたことにより、スラ
イド金型をスライドさせ、ドアトリム先端部形成時スラ
イド金型の上刃の先端部に鋭い刃を設けていないので、
表皮材を傷めることがなく奇麗に成型でき、従来の如く
クッション材の露呈、はみ出し、表皮材の不足および不
規則切れ等が防止され、外観上の品質が格段と向上する
とともに、歩留まりの向上等の効果も得られた。
