支軸となる軸受フック部1箇所以上にC字状の板バネを

2箇所に突部を備え、ドアスイッチユニット開き角度が
45°を越えたポイントから該C字状板バネ内面と軸外
周突部2箇所が当接し、開き角度90°に達するまで負
荷となすように構成したものである。また、他の支軸部
にはオイルダンパ−機構を有して、ドアスイッチユニッ
トの全体的に滑らかな開動作をさせるものである。

回動初期的には該C字状板バネと軸突部は当接していな
いがドアスイッチユニットが45°開いた時点から支軸
フック部のC字状板バネと軸突部が係合してその弾性力
の負荷により開ききったドアスイッチユニットのバウン
ドをなくした。

するために、ある支軸部分にオイルダンパ−機構を有す
ることと、ドアスイッチユニットを開状態から収納保持
のためにドアスイッチユニット内側左右位置にマグネッ
トヘン、フロントパネル側にマグネットヘンと対にして
同じ磁力をもつマグネットラッチ2個を構成し、磁力に
よる保持とするドアスイッチユニットの開閉動作装置の
構成において、ドアスイッチユニットの開時開放動作感
触がスム−スとなるようオイルダンパ−機構のみなら
ず、ドアスイッチユニットの別支点フック部にフック形
状の板バネを装着し、さらに該板バネに係合するフロン
トパネル一体成形の支軸部分の2方向に突起を設け、ド
アスイッチユニットの開動作後半時にのみ該板バネと支
軸突起部が係合してドアスイッチユニットの開動作時の
ブレ−キ役とさせたことを特徴とするフロントパネル装
置。
