As is well known, when it comes to this kind of bedding and futons, especially comforters, the thickness of the cotton (the amount of interior material) is determined depending on whether it is for summer or winter.
They are classified into thin and thick materials and used accordingly. Summer comforters are thin and soft, so they easily conform to the sleeper's body, and are less likely to create gaps between the comforter and the body. On the other hand, winter comforters are thicker and harder than the summer comforters mentioned above, so they tend to form mounds along the body, making them difficult to fit into. In the case of a tall sleeper, a gap is likely to occur between the bed and the foot of the futon. For this reason, when using a winter futon, it is common practice to use a blanket or the like to fill the above-mentioned gaps and to help keep the body warm.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] However, with regard to the above-mentioned winter futon, even when sleeping using a blanket, etc., if the sleeper turns over or changes his/her body position,
Apart from the blanket, the futon itself may shift, creating a gap around the sleeper's shoulders or neck, or the futon under the feet may float up, resulting in hot and cold air coming in and out, or in other words, warm air inside the futon. This caused some people to sleep cold or catch a cold due to the outflow of cold air and the inflow of cold air into the room.

The present invention was newly proposed in order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, especially those of people sleeping on winter futons. The first type of heat-retaining cover is formed by forming a rectangular heat-retaining mat portion that is appropriately larger than the target comforter, and arranging means for attaching the comforter, such as hooks or buttons, to appropriate parts of the heat-retaining mat portion. This is a second type of thermal cover in which a duvet cover part and a thermal mat part placed around the outer periphery of the duvet cover part are integrated.

And no matter which type of thermal cover you have,
When the comforter is laid out as usual,
Each heat-retaining mat part spreads around the futon and exhibits a heat-retaining state where it is spread over the top surface of a tatami mat or the like. Therefore, even if the comforter slips away from the body due to a sleeper turning over, etc., the heat-retaining mat part of the heat-retaining cover blocks the inflow and outflow of hot and cold air between the room and the inside of the futon, and maintains the warmth inside the futon. maintain.

[First Embodiment] The thermal cover C 1 of this example is of a type that can be hung on the cover-equipped comforter F 1 shown in FIG. 16a, and is illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4. As a whole, using a thin, suitably flexible heat-insulating cloth material 1 of uniform thickness, the heat-insulating mat part M 1 is suitably larger than the size of the futon F 1 and has a vertical rectangular frame shape with an opening in the center. It consists of For example, a folded hem cloth 2 is sewn around the inside of the opening of the heat-retaining mat part M1 , and hanging means 3 for the futon F1 are appropriately arranged at appropriate positions around the hem cloth 2 . (See Figure 2). On the other hand, one side of the above-mentioned heat-retaining mat part M1 (the figure shows the upper mat edge m)
In the center thereof, there is formed a substantially U-shaped relief part 4 into which the sleeping person's face and neck can fit, and a substantially rectangular shoulder rest part 5 for covering and keeping the sleeping person's shoulders warm. Note that a fabric corresponding to the so-called "edges and selvedges" may be sewn around the outer periphery of the heat-insulating mat portion M1 .

The first thermal cover of this example configured as described above
In C 1 , by laying the whole thing in the unfolded state (spread state) and laying it on top of the comforter F 1 , the heat-retaining mat M 1 spreads around the outer circumference of the futon F 1 , and the mat edges on the top, bottom, left and right sides. The duvet cover C side can be easily worn by an extremely simple and easy procedure of simply hooking the hooking means 3 at each part of the duvet cover C side. And such comforter F1 itself is like mattress S
(See Figures 3 and 4) When the mat M1 is laid normally on top of the tatami mat or carpet, the left, right and bottom edges m of the heat retention mat M1 are laid on the top surface of the tatami mat or carpet as shown in the figure. The edge part m of the upper mat is in a heat-retaining state where it is spread on the mattress S, and the shoulder rest part 5 is in a heat-retaining state where it is spread along the mattress S on a tatami mat or the like.

Therefore, when sleeping using the futon F1 with the thermal cover C1 of this example, the sleeper's neck is freed by the relief part 4 of the upper mat edge m,
Even if the futon F 1 forms a heap along the body of the sleeper, or even if the futon shifts or the part of the futon under the feet floats as the sleeper turns over or changes his/her body position, , the entire heat-retaining mat part M1 hangs down unaffected by any of the futons, and the three surrounding mat edges m maintain the heat-retaining state for the three surrounding futons F1 as described above. In addition, the shoulder rests 5 on both sides of the upper mat edge m cover both shoulders of the sleeper to maintain a warm state.

[Second Embodiment] The thermal cover C 2 of this example is of the same type as the first thermal insulation cover C 1 of the previous example, and is shown in Figs.
As illustrated in FIG. 9, a thin and suitably flexible heat-insulating cloth material 11 is placed inside a cover 10 that is approximately rectangular bag-shaped and has an opening in the center.
It constitutes a heat-retaining mat part M2 in the shape of a vertical rectangular frame that is appropriately larger than the size of the futon F1 . In this heat-insulating mat part M2 , for each of the upper, lower, left and right mat edges m, the cover part 1 is sewn into a bi-folded tube bag shape as illustrated in FIG.
The heat insulating cloth material 11 is placed inside the comforter F 2 to have a substantially uniform thickness and a required width, and is formed to be thinner and more flexible than the comforter F 1 . Then, as in the previous example, on the upper mat edge m of the heat retention mat part M2 ,
A substantially U-shaped relief part 14 and a substantially square-shaped shoulder rest part 1
On the other hand, on the inside of the cloth portions of the cover portions 12 around the four peripheries, means 13 for hanging the futon F 1 are appropriately arranged.

Therefore, with any type of heat insulating cover of the present invention, when the comforter shifts due to the sleeper turning over, etc., the heat insulating mat portion blocks the inflow and outflow of hot and cold air between the inside of the futon and the room. Therefore, it is possible to maintain a comfortable heat-retaining state so that the sleeper can sleep soundly. Considering this, it can be said that it is ideal as a thermal cover for people who have a particularly bad (severe) sleeping position.
Can be put into practical use effectively.
