かせげないC部に十分な変形を加えることにより、良好

ド1の下端に取付けられて昇降運動されるアッパーブラ
ンクホルダ3とそれに対向するように配置されたロアブ
ランクホルダ4と雌型5を有している。プレス素材であ
る金属薄板は、アッパーブランクホルダ3とロアブラン
クホルダ4により周縁部を固定され、アッパーブランク
ホルダ3もしくは雄型6に設置した出入口を通り流入し
た液体により、液圧成形(第一工程)されるようになっ
ている。また液圧成形の際、圧力媒体である液体が雄型
6とアッパーブランクホルダ間の隙間からのもれるのを
防ぐために、雄型6はピストンパッキン7を有してい
