Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the influence of an external noise and to improve the working efficiency by inserting a shield plate to compose a control device between an apparatus; and the whole body of a control circuit which consists of a receiver base, a control circuit main body base, and a signal cable connecting between the bases. CONSTITUTION:A shield plate 5 is inserted between an apparatus 4 and the whole body of a control circuit. By such a way, it is made unnecessary to use a shield wire to a signal cable 3, and a complicated terminal process and the use of a special insulating tube are made unnecessary. In other words, the circuit of the cable 3 can be formed without reducing the shielding effect by approaching the cable 3 and the apparatus 4. In the concrete way, a control circuit main body base 1, and a receiver base 2 of a remote control operation signal by the infrared rays and the like are combined by a signal cable with connectors 6, they are fixed to the shield plate 5 with bushes 7 and wire presser feet 8, and after the shield plate 5 is combined to the stable potential part of the base 1, they can be installed to the apparatus 4 with bushes 7. Consequently, an error operation or a dead operation of the control circuit is eliminated.

EXAMPLES Next, the present invention will be specifically described by way of examples. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention. In addition,
Since the same parts as those in the past are designated by the same reference numerals, the description thereof will be omitted. In this embodiment, the shield plate 5 is inserted between the device 4 and the entire control circuit. By doing so, it is not necessary to use a shield wire for the signal cable 3, complicated terminal processing and use of a special insulating tube are unnecessary, and the shielding effect due to the proximity of the signal cable 3 and the device 4 is reduced. It becomes possible to fix the signal cable 3 without any need, and it is possible to obtain a lighting control device capable of preventing the influence of external noise and improving workability. That is, the control circuit body substrate 1 and the remote control signal receiving substrate 2 such as infrared rays are connected to the connector 6
Are connected to the shield plate 5 by the bush 7 and the wire retainer 8, respectively, and the shield plate 5 is further connected to the stable potential portion of the control circuit body substrate 1 and then connected to the device by the bush 7. It is attached to 4. In addition,
The copper foil surface of the shielding plate 5 is on the device 4 side, and the signal cable 3 is a normal vinyl electric wire including a power supply line for the receiver 2a. According to this control device, even if external noise is applied between the power supply line and the device while the device 4 is grounded, the entire control circuit composed of the control circuit body substrate 1, the receiving part substrate 2 and the signal cable 3 Since it is shielded from the equipment 4, it does not have a bad influence such as malfunction or inoperability of the control circuit, and it does not require complicated terminal treatment or the use of a special insulating tube. It does not decrease. As described above, according to the present embodiment, for example, in the control device for remote operation in which the receiver substrate and the control circuit body substrate are separately mounted, the above-mentioned substrates and one signal cable for connecting both substrates are provided. By covering with the shield plate of
It is possible to prevent the influence of external noise and improve workability. FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, this embodiment is provided with a rib 1 provided on the device 4.
0 and the spacer 11 attached to the shield plate 5,
The shield plate 5 is fixed. In this case, the copper foil in the portion of the shield plate 5 that comes into contact with the rib 10 is removed within a range in which the insulation distance can be secured, and the mounting position of the spacer 11 is the component mounted on the control circuit body substrate 1 and the receiver substrate 2. It is necessary to avoid contact with the lead wire of this component and avoid the pattern for minute signals when selecting. In this case as well, it is possible to obtain the same effects as the above case. FIG. 3 shows still another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, this embodiment is a case where the shielding plate 5 is not fixed. That is, the insulating plate 1 is provided between the shield plate 5 and the device 4.
2 was inserted. Since the lighting fixture is mounted on the ceiling in a normal use state, the shield plate 5 is in a state of being supported by the control circuit body substrate 1 and the receiver substrate 2. At this time, the lighting circuit controlled by this circuit has less vibration to prevent noise,
For example, a high frequency lighting system is desirable. In this case as well, it is possible to obtain the same effects as the above case. Figure 4
And FIG. 5 shows still another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the receiver 2a is used in this embodiment.
Is facing the instrument 4 side, and in this case it is necessary to secure the incident path of the signal. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, a hole of at least the same size as the receiver 2a is formed. It is necessary to open the door and take an insulation distance if necessary. The connector 6 may not be attached to the signal cable 3 but may be directly connected to the control circuit body substrate 1 by soldering, quick connection or the like. Instead of the bush 7, a screw,
It goes without saying that the device 4 may be attached by using bolts and nuts.
