Abstract

PURPOSE:To safely and efficiently carry out the assembling work of a tower structure. CONSTITUTION:After the first column member 6 is erected, a wire rope 18 for moving up and down of a working floor suspended from the front end of the first column member 6 is wound on a winch 19 of the working floor 20. After operators have boarded the working floor, the winch 19 is driven to lift the working floor 20 along the first column member 6. Next, the working floor 20 is connected to the front end of the first column member 6 by a fixture 21 of the working floor to force the base end of the second column member 7 to contact the front end of the first column member 6. The jointing work of the column members 6, 7 is carried out by use of the working floor 20. Moreover, the wire rope 18 for moving up and down of the working floor suspended from the front end of the second column member 7 is wound on the winch 19 and then the connection of the working floor 20 with a fixture is released by the fixture of the working floor 21. The winch 19 is driven to lift up the working floor 20 along the second column member 7.

A method for assembling a tower structure according to claim 1 of the present invention is a tower structure having a plurality of pillars formed by connecting a plurality of pillar parts. In the assembling method, a wire rope for lifting a workbench of a predetermined length is connected to a tip end portion of the first pillar portion material via a workbench suspension fitting,
The tip of the first pillar part was hung by a crane via a connector that can be opened by remote control, and the base end of the first pillar part was fixed to the foundation surface on which the tower structure was to be constructed. In addition, the connection between the first pillar portion material and the crane is released by the connecting tool, and a workbench having the same number of hoisting machines as the pillars is arranged between the first pillar portion material, and each hoisting machine is provided with The work bench elevating wire rope hanging down from the tip of the first pillar portion material is wound around, and the hoisting machine is driven to raise the work bench to the vicinity of the tip portion of the first pillar portion material, After suspending the workbench lifting fixture on the workbench suspension fitting at the tip of the first pillar member, remove the wire rope for raising and lowering the workbench from the hoisting machine, and suspend the workbench at the tip of the second pillar member. A workbench lift wire rope of a specified length is connected via a metal fitting to remotely control the tip of the second pillar member. And a base end portion of the second pillar portion material is brought into contact with the tip end portion of the first pillar portion material through a connecting tool that can be opened to open the first pillar portion from above the workbench. Material and the second pillar part material is connected, and the workbench lifting wire rope hanging from the tip of the second pillar part material is wound around the hoisting machine and the workbench and work are performed by the workbench holder. The workbench is lifted to the vicinity of the tip of the second pillar part material by releasing the connection with the platform hanging metal fitting and driving the hoisting machine, and then the above procedure is repeated to remove the plurality of pillar part materials. Connect from bottom to top.

1. A method for assembling a tower-shaped structure having a plurality of pillars formed by connecting a plurality of pillar parts, comprising:
A workbench lifting wire rope of a predetermined length is connected to the tip of the pillar part material of the work piece through a workbench suspension fitting, and a connecting tool that can remotely open the tip part of the first pillar part material is provided. Via the crane to fix the base end of the first pillar part material to the foundation surface on which the tower-like structure is to be constructed, and then release the connection between the first pillar part material and the crane by the connecting tool. The workbench having the same number of hoisting machines as the pillars is arranged between the first pillar parts, and the wire rope for lifting the workbench hanging from the tip of the first pillar part material is arranged on each hoisting machine. By winding and driving the hoisting machine, the workbench is raised to the vicinity of the tip of the first pillar part material, and the workbench is held by the workbench hanging metal fitting at the tip of the first pillar part material. After suspending with the tool, remove the wire rope for raising and lowering the workbench from the hoist, and hang the workbench on the tip of the second pillar part material. A workbench lifting wire rope of a predetermined length is connected via a tool, and the tip of the second pillar member is hung on a crane via a connector that can be opened by remote control. The base end portion of the material is brought into contact with the tip end portion of the first pillar portion material, and the connecting work between the first pillar portion material and the second pillar portion material is performed on the work table, and the second pillar portion is connected. Wrap the workbench lift wire rope hanging from the tip of the part material on the hoisting machine, release the connection between the worktable and the workbench hanging bracket by the workbench holder, and then drive the hoisting machine. The workbench is raised to the vicinity of the tip of the second pillar portion material by the above, and the above procedure is repeated to sequentially connect the plurality of pillar portion materials from the lower side to the upper side. ..

2. A method of assembling a tower-shaped structure having a plurality of pillars formed by connecting a plurality of pillar parts, comprising:
A workbench lifting wire rope of a predetermined length is connected to the tip of the pillar part material of the work piece through a workbench suspension fitting, and a connecting tool that can remotely open the tip part of the first pillar part material is provided. Via the crane, fix the base end of the first pillar part material to the foundation surface on which the tower structure is to be constructed, and then disconnect the first pillar part material from the crane by the connecting tool. , First
The workbench having the same number of hoisting machines as the pillars is arranged between the pillar part materials, and the workbench lifting wire rope hanging from the tip of the first pillar part material is wound around each hoisting machine, By driving the upper machine, the workbench is raised to the vicinity of the tip of the first pillar part material, and the workbench of a predetermined length is lifted to the tip end of the second pillar part material through the workbench suspension fitting. For connecting the wire rope for use, and suspending the tip end of the second pillar portion material on the crane through a connector that can be opened by remote control, and the base end portion of the second pillar portion material to the first pillar portion. The first pillar part material and the second pillar part material are connected from above the work table by bringing the work table into contact with the tip part of the material, and the work table is suspended from the work table at the tip part of the first pillar part material. After hanging on the metal fittings by the workbench holder, remove the workbench lifting wire rope from the hoist and hang it from the tip of the second pillar part material. The workbench lifting wire rope is wound around the hoist, the workbench holding tool releases the connection between the workbench and the workbench hanging metal fitting, and the hoist is driven to move the workbench to the second position. A method for assembling a tower-shaped structure, which comprises raising the pillar portion material to a position near a tip end thereof and repeating the above procedure to sequentially connect a plurality of pillar portion materials from the bottom to the top.
