``Conventional technology'' In recent years, with the diversification of individual housing and the increasing luxury of apartment complexes, openings in building frames have been There are bay windows and greenhouses that bulge outward to form a daylighting space, and are equipped with daylighting space forming devices, such as bay windows and greenhouses. A window that can be opened and closed at any location on the surface is formed, but such a window is generally a single-hinged window that opens within a predetermined angle on one side around a pivot point provided at the end of the window. In addition, there are various types of windows, such as those with a double-swing structure that open left and right from the center line around pivot points on both sides of the window, and sliding windows where multiple windows move in parallel to open one side. has been done.

``The problem that the invention aims to solve'' And since the lighting surface of such a bay window is generally formed using a glass plate material that has poor vibration resistance and impact resistance, it is necessary to provide a window section on the lighting surface. However, this is not possible, and the structure is generally such that bundled posts are erected between the upper and lower frames consisting of the roof frame and bottom frame that form the daylighting surface, and window frames, etc. are attached using the bundled posts. If such a configuration is adopted, there will be a window frame inside the bundled pillars, and a window surface will exist further inside the window frame, so the window surface will become smaller, and from the perspective of ventilation, it will also be difficult to let in light. From this point of view, the function as a bay window is likely to deteriorate.

In addition, in order to achieve a Western style in such bay windows, double-hung windows and single-hung windows are generally used, but in both cases, the window part is directed outwards around a rotational fulcrum formed on the daylighting surface, in other words, it is perpendicular to the daylighting surface. Since the glass plate is rotated in the direction of rotation, an unbalanced load is generated on the lighting surface located around the rotation fulcrum, and there is a risk that the glass plate material may be damaged.
For this reason, in the conventional device, the thickness of the glass plate forming the lighting surface is increased in order to have enough load capacity to withstand unbalanced loads, etc., and the lighting surface is divided by vertical bars, horizontal bars, etc. Although efforts are being made to reduce the area of the glass plate material, such a configuration inevitably obstructs the view of the lighting surface by vertical bars, horizontal bars, etc., and leads to a reduction in the lighting space. , leading to increases in weight burden, number of parts, assembly man-hours, manufacturing costs, etc.

Furthermore, in the case of the above-mentioned single-hinged window, only a very narrow wedge-shaped space within a predetermined angle range is opened from the standpoint of safety and the aforementioned prevention of unbalanced loads. It is impossible to clean.

This is the same for double-sliding windows and casement windows; in the case of double-hung windows, the outside surface of the window is always on the opposite side of the open surface, and in the case of double-sliding windows, the window surface is always exposed to sunlight. Because it is located on the same line as the window surface, in other words, parallel to the building's exterior wall surface, it is difficult to clean the outside side of the window rather than the inside, and for this reason, in mid-to-high-rise buildings, it is necessary to ask a specialist company to clean it. This will lead to increased cleaning costs.

``Means for Solving the Problems'' In order to achieve this technical problem, the present invention has an upper casing and a lower casing that are approximately trapezoidal in horizontal cross section and are placed at a predetermined distance above and below the outer wall of the building. At the point of attachment, a polycarbonate plate bent into a trapezoidal cross-section along the outer edges of both of the casings is disposed with its upper end and lower end supported by the casings, respectively, and between the casings is a lighting system that partitions the outside air and the inside of the building. A point in which a surface is formed, a point in which an opening is made on a surface parallel to the outer wall of a carbonate building, and a window frame is attached to the opening, and a polycarbonate plate formed in the window frame so as to be foldable toward the outside of the building. We propose a lighting space forming device that has a window main body as an essential component.

"Operation" According to this technical means, as shown in FIG. 1, while moving the opposite side of the pivot points 3a and 3b of the opening/closing window part 10 along the lighting surface, the fold line 11 at the center thereof is moved as the center. By folding it outward from the lighting surface, the window portions 10 on the sides of the pivot points 3a and 3b are fully opened, allowing sufficient ventilation and intake of outside air.

Since the folding direction is configured to be folded toward the outside of the lighting surface, even if an object is placed inside the opening/closing window 10, the opening/closing window 10 can be easily opened and closed without removing the object. You can do it.

In this case, the pivot points 3a and 3b are formed at both ends of the foldable opening/closing window section 10, so that the opening/closing window section 10 can be folded from either the left or right or the front or back. (See imaginary line in Figure 1) Cleaning of both the front and back sides of the folded case becomes easier.

In addition, since the opening/closing window portion 10 has a plurality of pivot points 3a and 3b supported on the daylighting surface formed at both ends, even if it is folded in a direction perpendicular to the daylighting surface, the so-called deformed both ends Since it serves as a support, there is no need for extreme unbalanced loads.

That is, since the polycarbonate plate 2 has impact resistance 400 times that of glass, the polycarbonate plate 2 itself can have the function of a bundle pillar supporting the upper and lower pair of housings 4 and 5, and as described above. Even if the opening/closing window section 10 is folded in a direction perpendicular to the lighting surface, a lighting surface that can withstand the unbalanced load can be formed.

This allows a wide opening and closing window 10 to be formed, and even when the folded window 10 is significantly protruded outward from the light-collecting surface, the support load is dispersed by the support at both ends as described above.
Since the carbonate plate 2 itself supporting the window 0 has high toughness and impact resistance, the opening and closing window can be easily supported.

Furthermore, as mentioned above, the polycarbonate plate 2 has impact resistance and there is no need to worry about its strength, so the polycarbonate plate 2 can be bent along the lighting surface and the bent part can function as a bundle post. This makes it possible to form a continuous lighting surface without being divided by the bundle pillars, which is preferable from both aesthetic and functional points of view.

Furthermore, since the polycarbonate plate 2 itself has strength and impact resistance, it is possible to directly attach the opening/closing window to the polycarbonate plate 2 or to support it in the hollow, thereby reducing the number of parts and weight burden. Facilitation of connection assembly is achieved.

In this case, by locking the other support rod 3b side, the window main body 12 can be opened while being folded to the opposite side as shown by the imaginary line, and the folded window main body 12 can always be opened. Since it protrudes outward perpendicular to the daylighting surface, the open side of the window main body 12 can be arbitrarily selected depending on the direction of the external wind flowing outward of the bay window unit A. Even outside air with parallel wind directions can be easily guided indoors, and the ventilation effect is extremely high.

"Effects of the Invention" As described above, in addition to the above-mentioned effects, the present invention makes it possible to fully open the opening/closing window part, makes it easy to clean the opened window part, and also makes it possible to clean the opened window part. A continuous lighting surface can be formed without being divided by bundle pillars or the like. In addition, the present invention forms a lighting surface by simply bending a single polycarbonate plate, and the carbonate plate itself has strength, and by bending the carbonate plate, it has a reinforcing effect as a bundle column. This eliminates the need for bundles that provide a reinforcing effect, cushioning materials that reduce impact force, etc.
The polycarbonate plate itself can be made thinner, a light-lighting surface with high strength can be formed with a small number of parts, and assembly can be facilitated.
