[Means for solving problems] The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and includes a hinged door that closes the entire surface of the window opening, which is attached to one side of the window opening with one of the left and right sides as a rotation axis, and A hinged door whose left and right width is smaller than the hinged door is attached to the other side of the window opening to which the hinged door is attached, with one side thereof as a rotation axis, and the hinged door and the hinged door are rotated toward the outdoors and rotated toward each other. The building is provided with a roof member and a bottom member that close the upper and lower parts of the building when the open end portions are in contact with each other, and the swing door and the swing door are attached to the roof member and the bottom member so as to rotate toward the outdoors. By providing door stops that come into contact with each other in the open state, even when the hinged door is in the protruding state, the window can be closed and used as a bay window, and it can also be closed in a normal window opening. This paper proposes a casement window that is designed as follows.

The hinged door 1 is constructed by framing the four circumferences of a glass plate 7 with a stile 8, with one end thereof serving as a pivot shaft 3, and the pivot shaft 3 is constructed of a hinge. Further, a door stop portion 9 is provided in the vertical direction inside the open end portion 5 of the swing door 1, and the open end portion 6 of the swing door 2 comes into contact with the door stop portion 9. This means that the contacts will be brought into closer contact when they are opened. Of course, the door stop portion 9 may also be provided on the open door 2 side. Alternatively, the door stop portion 9 may be rotatably provided on one of the doorstops so that it comes into contact with the open side end portions of each other after both are opened.

On the other hand, a frame material 25 is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the window opening 20, and a door stop portion 26 is provided on the inner surface of the four circumferences of this frame material 25 to abut on the four circumferences of the hinged door 1, so that the hinged door 1 is airtight when closed. It enhances sexuality. The rotation shaft 3 is attached to the outdoor side of this frame member 25.

The above-described swinging door 2 is constructed by framing the four circumferences of a glass plate 10 with a frame 11, and its side end is a pivot shaft 4, and this pivot shaft 4 is located on the opposite side of the pivot shaft 3. It is provided at the upper and lower parts of the indoor side of the frame member 25, and is constituted by a hinge having an arbitrary arm 4a. In this embodiment, the hinged door 2 is configured to fit indoors with respect to the hinged door 1, and its horizontal width is appropriately smaller than that of the hinged door 1, and its vertical width is smaller than that of the hinged door.
The distance between the upper and lower door contact portions 26, 26 is slightly smaller than that of the upper and lower door contact portions 26, 26. Further, a stopper 27 is provided on the indoor side of the swing door 2 to ensure that the swing door 2 fits well when closed. Furthermore, by making the arm 4a provided on the rotation shaft 4 as long as the expected width of the window opening 20, the hinged door 2
It is designed so that it can be easily rotated toward the outdoors.

Next, the roof member 21 and bottom member 22 described above are
It is formed in a triangular shape determined by the width ratio of the swinging door 1 and the swinging door 2, and doorstops 23 and 24 are formed on the outer peripheral edges of these doors. It comes into contact with the outdoor sides of the upper and lower frames 8 and the outdoor sides of the upper and lower frames 11 of the swing door 2. The casement window of this embodiment forms a bay window state with the roof member 21 and the like, and can thereby prevent rainwater from entering from above.

As shown in FIG. 1, the above-mentioned doorstops 23 and 24 have a substantially irregular shape to fit the outdoor side of the swinging door 2. Further, a vertical door contact portion 28 is provided in the longitudinal direction of the outdoor side of the frame member 25, which comes into contact with the outdoor base of the swing door 2 when the swing door 2 is opened. Note that 29 is an airtight material that comes into contact with the open end 5 of the hinged door 1 when the window is closed.

Moreover, a ceiling material 21a is provided between the roof member 21 and the frame material 25, and a floor material 22a is provided between the bottom member 22 and the frame material 25, thereby maintaining good appearance.

In the above embodiment, the hinged door 2 is placed on the indoor side of the hinged door 1, but the invention is not limited to this, and the hinged door 2 can also be provided on the outdoor side. Even in this case, it is desirable to make the horizontal width of the swinging door 2 smaller than that of the swinging door 1, and to make the swinging door 1 large enough to close the window opening 20, so that the window opening 20 can be sufficiently sealed. Further, in this case, it is preferable that the rotating portion 3 of the hinged door 1 is constituted by a hinge having an arm.

Further, a rotation operating lever for the swing door 1, a lock for closing or opening, etc. may be provided as appropriate. In other words, when ventilating by opening only the hinged door 1,
It is desirable to provide an arbitrary fixing means for fixing the open hinged door 1 to the bottom member 22 or the like.

Note that the door stop 26 of the hinged door 1 described above is used as the frame material 2.
5, the vertical height of the swing door 2 can be substantially the same as that of the swing door 1. However, in the embodiment, since the hinged door 2 is formed to be smaller than the interval between the upper and lower door abutting parts 26, 26 of the hinged door 1, the upper and lower door abutting parts 2
6 and 26, and the opening door 2 can be smoothly rotated toward the outdoors. As a result of the above configuration, since the height dimensions of the swing door 1 and the swing door 2 are different, for example, the door stop portion 2 of the roof member 21
3 comes into contact with the lower part of the upper stile 8 of the hinged door 1, whereas it comes into contact with the upper part of the upper stile 11 with respect to the hinged small door 2.

[Effects of the invention] As described above, the present invention has a hinged door that closes a window opening, and a swinging door with a smaller left and right width than the hinged door, which can be freely rotated toward the outdoors with respect to the window opening. The building is equipped with a roof member and a bottom member that rotate toward the outdoors and close the upper and lower parts of each other with their open ends in contact with each other, so when a swinging door is extended, the other swinging door cannot be opened. A triangular bay window can be formed by rotating both of them toward the outdoors, and in this way, the bay window can be used for daylighting, and when only the hinged door is protruding, the hinged door can be opened. It has the advantage of being able to be used in a variety of ways, such as allowing ventilation when it is closed, and when both the hinged door and the hinged door are closed, it can be used as a normal closed window. be.

Moreover, as mentioned above, this invention forms a triangular bay window state when the window is opened for ventilation.
It has the effect of presenting a sleek exterior and interior structure, and since the swinging door is formed with a smaller left and right width than the swinging door and is designed to open outward, when the swinging door is rotated, the swinging door is rotated inward once. There is no need,
It is easy to operate, and when in the bay window state, the hinged door and swinging small door are in contact with the doorstops of the roof and bottom members, making them fit well and not being blown up by the wind, among other effects. It is something.
