【0002】[0002]
Conventionally, various training devices have been developed and put into practical use. FIG. 3 shows an example of such a conventional training device 2. In this training device 2, a main frame 21 is substantially upright on a base, and a handle 22 is provided on the upper end thereof. At the lower end of the main frame, a pair of arms 23a and 23b are pivotally supported by the main frame at one end thereof, and these arms are connected to the main frame by hydraulic pipes 24a and 24b and wires 25, respectively. And is configured to resist the load applied to the pedal portion at the front end of the arm.
Therefore, according to this training apparatus, the user stands while placing the left and right feet on the above-mentioned pair of pedals while grasping the steering wheel and alternately moving the left and right feet up and down to perform the training. Do. However, since such a training device is only used to repeat a monotonous motion called simple vertical movement of the foot, it is not possible to have an interest in using it for a long period of time, and as a result, as a training device. Is not useful.
【0004】[0004]
The present invention was made in order to solve the problems in the conventional training device as described above, and requires movement of the foot such as climbing a mountain path instead of monotonous up and down movement of the foot. It is an object of the present invention to provide a training device that gives the user the pleasure of practical use over a long period of time without getting tired of it.
【0005】[0005]
The training device according to the present invention supports a rotatable shaft between a pair of main frames, erected a plate member having a pair of holes, and mounted a pair of propeller-shaped rotors on the shaft. It is characterized in that it is rotatably fitted in the hole, cranks are attached to both ends of the shaft, and shifts of hydraulic pipes are connected to the cranks to resist the rotation of the shaft.
A training device according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings illustrating an embodiment. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of a training apparatus 1 according to the present invention, which includes a pair of main frames 11, an inverted U-shaped arm 12, a rotatable rotor 13, and a pair of hydraulic pipes 14a and 14b. Is equipped with. The main frame 11 is formed of a pipe member having a substantially inverted U shape, one end of each is fixed to the lower end of the main frame, and the other end extends forward.
A shaft body 130 is rotatably supported between the main frames, and a pair of two-leaf type or three-leaf type propeller-shaped rotors 13 are attached to the shaft body 130 from an angle of approximately 90 degrees. The phase is fixed so that it has 135 degrees, and it can rotate with the shaft 130. The rotor functions as a pedal 131 on which the foot is placed. On the other hand, a plate member 16 having a pair of holes is installed so as to fill the space between the main frames, and the pair of rotors 13 are fitted in the respective holes. The plate member 16 further extends forward to form the tread plate 15.
Both ends of the shaft 130 are fixed to the disk cranks 132a and 132b, while the base ends of the hydraulic pipes 14a and 14b are installed at the front ends of the main frames, respectively, so that the respective shifts 141 are It is connected to the disk crank and thus imparts a resistance to the rotation of the shaft, as the rotation of the shaft requires a shift extension. The disk crank may be a crank arm.
The disk cranks 132a and 132b each have one slit 133 extending from the center in the peripheral direction, and the connection point of the shift 141 of the hydraulic pipe to the disk crank is arbitrarily selected to rotate the disk crank. It is possible to freely adjust the stretching distance of the shift due to. It is preferable that the arm 12 be capable of extending vertically.
【0010】[0010]
Therefore, in order to use such a training device, as shown in FIG. 2, while holding the arm 12, the user 3 puts both feet on the pedal 131 of the rotor 13 and depresses the pedal in a slightly bent posture. , Rotate the pedal as if climbing a mountain path. Here, the rotation of the rotor is resisted, as described above, requiring the extension of the shift of the hydraulic pipes connected to the disk cranks at both ends of the shaft.
Therefore, according to such a training device, unlike the conventional one of which the foot is monotonously moved up and down, it has a lot of interest, so that the user does not get tired and the muscles of the legs and waist, the back muscles, and the abdominal muscles. Further, since the activity of the arm muscles, that is, the whole body exercise is required, a further training effect can be obtained.
