[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] The present invention is a disk body that has become rapidly popular as a storage medium in storage devices such as computers in recent years, such as a donut-shaped aluminum substrate in which a magnetic film is formed on the surface. As a storage container for transportation, storage, and cleaning of hard disks made of hard disks, optical disks and magneto-optical disks (hereinafter collectively referred to as disks) made of donut-shaped resin substrates with a metal coating formed on the surface, and for computers, etc. The present invention relates to a disk body storage container (hereinafter simply referred to as a disk container) that can be used as a process carrier in the manufacturing process.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] In the conventional disk container described above, the disk piece is integrally joined to the top lid, and when the disk is stored and subjected to ultrasonic cleaning, the disk piece is attached to the outer edge of the disk. Because they are in contact with each other, it is not possible to clean the disc evenly, and if the disc branches become sagging or plastically deformed after long-term use, the disc cannot be supported reliably, so we decided to replace the top lid or the entire disc container. In addition, continuing to apply force from the disk supports for a long period of time can cause plastic deformation of the disk, where slight deformation or damage can cause serious errors, so these methods are expensive. A solution was awaited.

A concave base 41 that fits with the convex base 31 of the top lid 3 with a slight play is formed approximately in the center of the box-shaped bottom lid 4 with an open top surface, and the top lid 3 and bottom lid 4 are connected to the container body. 2, it can be easily stacked vertically in multiple stages, making it convenient for storage and transportation. Furthermore, a fitting groove 42 is formed on the inner wall at the upper end of the side surface of the bottom lid 4 over the entire circumference so as to be removably fitted in a close state with the lower side edge 25 of the container body 2.

When removing the top lid 3 from the container body 2, open the latching protrusion 39 of the top lid 3 (this part also serves as a handle when removing) outward so that it meets the lower edge of the notch 27 of the container body 2. This is done by sliding the tongue-like piece 32 of the top lid 3 upward along the cutout groove 21 of the container body 2 in the unlatched state.

[Operations and Effects of the Invention] As described in detail above, in the disk body storage container according to the present invention, the top cover 3 and the branch base 36 having the disk branches 37 can be freely attached and detached by the latching mechanism. By separating the support piece base 36 from the upper lid 3, when the disk is housed in the disk storage container and ultrasonic cleaning is performed, there is no disk support piece to hold the disk, and the disk does not move slightly due to the ultrasonic waves. In order to achieve this, the outer edge of the disk that contacts the slide groove 23 of the container body 2 can also be cleaned evenly. Furthermore, in the event that the disk support pieces become bent or plastically deformed due to long-term use, there is no need to replace the entire top cover, and only the support base with the disk support pieces can be separated and replaced, reducing the expense burden. It can be reduced. Furthermore, elastic biasing of the disk support pieces when the disk is stored may cause plastic deformation to the disk, where slight deformation or damage may cause a serious computer error, which is undesirable for long-term storage. However, by separating the disk branches, the possibility of disk deformation is eliminated, and the problems of the conventional example are completely solved.
