どで提供されている第17図のような容器を用い
てデイスクの収納をおこなうことが検討されてい
る。このものは容器本体50の側壁内面に縦方向
で挿入溝51を複数設け、この挿入溝51にデイ
スク1の周部を挿入させてデイスク1の保持がな
されるようにしたものである。しかしながらこの
ものにあつてはデイスク1は縦で収納されるもの
であるために、デイスク1を自動装置のクランプ
でつかんで出し入れする際にデイスク1の表裏面
をつかむことになつてデイスク1に傷が付き易
く、しかもクランプが挿入される隙間をデイスク
1間に設けておく必要があつてデイスク1の収納
枚数に限界があるという問題があつた。またこの
ものでは挿入溝51に沿つて上下にデイスク1が
がたつき易いと共にデイスク1が挿入溝51から
抜け外れ易く、安定してデイスク1の運搬がおこ
なえないという問題があつた。

出させてある。周囲壁21の外面の2箇所には係
合突部12が設けてある。保持柱3は外径をドー
ナツ型のデイスク1の中央の孔2の内径よりもや
や小さ目に形成されるもので、保持柱3の外周に
は周方向で係合突条6が突設してあり、この係合
突条6は上下に亘つて等間隔で多数条設けられる
ものである。この係合突条6は第1図に示すよう
に複数箇所例えば4箇所で保持柱3の上下に亘つ
て設けられる通し溝7によつて周方向で複数に分
割されるものである。各通し溝13の溝幅は等し
く設定される。各通し溝7によつて分割される各
係合突条6の周方向における同じ側の端部には係
合突条6よりも僅かに高く先が尖つて突出する当
たり突部44を突出させてあり、この当たり突部
44は保持柱3の上下に亘つて連続させてある。
また分割される各係合突条6の下面には嵌合凹部
10が凹設してある。デイスク押さえ5は合成樹
脂によつてリング状に形成されるもので、その内
周には係合突片8が内方へ突出させて設けてあ
る。この係合突片8は第1図に示すように上記保
持柱3の通し溝7と同じ複数箇所例えば4箇所で
設けられるもので、各係合突片8間には通し凹部
9が形成されるものである。係合突片8の周方向
の幅は保持柱3の通し溝7の周方向の幅より短
く、また上記保持柱3の通し溝7によつて分割さ
れる係合突条6の周方向の幅は通し凹部9の幅よ
り短くそれぞれ設定され、さらに係合突片8の厚
みは保持柱3の係合突条6の上下間の間隔寸法と
同じかもしくはこれより若干薄く設定してある。
また各係合突片8の上面には嵌合突片11が突設
してあり、各通し凹部9の周方向における同じ側
の端部にはガイド凹所45が形成してある。ここ
で、第6図及び第7図に示すように保持柱3の係
合突条6部分における外径寸法a(当たり突部4
4を含む)はデイスク押さえ5の通し凹部9にお
ける内径寸法bより若干小さく形成してあり、ま
たデイスク押さえ5の係合突片8における内径寸
法dは保持柱3の通し溝7における外径寸法cよ

であり、デイスクの表裏面に傷を付けることなく
デイスクの出し入れをおこなえると共に、クラン
プをデイスク間に挿入させる必要がなくてデイス
クを上下に近接させた状態で保持柱に保持させる
ことができ、デイスクの収納枚数を多くすること
ができるものである。また保持柱の外周に周方向
の係合突条を上下多数条突設すると共に保持柱の
外周に上下方向で形成される通し溝で係合突条を
周方向に複数に分割させ、デイスク押さえの内周
に複数の係合突片を突設して各係合突片間に通し
凹部を形成し、係合突条を通し凹部に係合突片を
通し溝にそれぞれ通してデイスク押さえを保持柱
に挿通させると共に上下で隣接する係合突条の下
面間に係合突片を係合させるようにしてあるの
で、デイスク押さえの係合突片を保持柱の通し溝
に通し且つ保持柱の係合突条をデイスク押さえの
通し凹部に通して保持柱の上端からデイスク押さ
えを下方へ移動させると共にデイスク押さえを若
干回すことで、係合突条と係合突片とを係合させ
てデイスク押さえを保持柱に取り付けることがで
き、デイスク押さえを何回も回したりするような
必要なく操作を迅速におこなうことができるもの
である。しかも係合突条の下面と係合突片の上面
のいずれか一方に嵌合凹部を凹設すると共にいず
れか他方に嵌合突片を突設して嵌合凹部に嵌合突
片を嵌合せしめてあるので、保持柱の係合突条に
デイスク押さえの係合突片を係合した状態は嵌合
凹部に対する嵌合突片の嵌合によつて保持され、
係合突条と係合突片との係合が外れてデイスク押
さえによるデイスクの押さえが解除されデイスク
ががたついたり保持柱から抜け出たりするような
ことを確実に防止できるものである。
