CONSTITUTION:A pair of turn tables 3A, 3B are mounted on a truck 1 and electric cable winding drums 4A, 4B, being driven through a hydraulic motor, are installed on the turn tables 3A, 3B. An electric cable 6A led out from a fixed electric facility is wound around one drum 4A whereas an electric cable 6B connected with the moving body is wound around the other drum 4B and then both cables 6A, 6B are connected electrically each other.
