[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a decorative board material used for, for example, frames of table clocks or wall clocks, decorative plates, vases, vases, etc. [Prior art] Until now, this type of decorative board material has not been found on the market at all, and wood made by directly carving or scraping wood grain or various patterns, metal material with similar patterns, and glass. The products were molded from wood, clay, and the like. [Problems that the invention aims to solve] However, in the case of such conventional direct molding, there is a significant increase in weight of the product due to the wall thickness and material, and at the same time, it requires a cumbersome work to add patterns. It requires a process and has problems such as cracking over a long period of time or damage due to handling. In order to extremely effectively solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention has a paper material with a colored pattern permeated into the surface by forcibly inducing rust using a metal wire sandwiched between polymerized surfaces. By directly molding the frames, decorative plates, vases, pots, etc., the products are made lighter, the process for obtaining patterns is reduced, and the worries of cracks, breakage, etc. are eliminated over a long period of time, and handling is easier. In addition to making it easy to create a desired colored pattern by simply using the shape of the metal wires held together, it is also possible to easily create the penetrating color by combining the material of the metal wires used and the type of oxidizing solution. The purpose of this project is to propose decorative board materials that can be used in the market. [Means for solving the problem] The present invention provides a solution between two mutually polymerized paper materials.
While holding the metal wire in the desired shape,
For decoration, the overlapping surfaces of the paper materials containing the metal wires are adhered to each other using an adhesive mixed with an oxidizing liquid, and the rust from the metal wires is penetrated into the surface of the paper materials to form a colored pattern along the shape. The gist is board material. [Example] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be explained based on the drawings. Fig. 1 is a plan view of the decorative board of the present invention used in the frame of a table clock, and Fig. 2 is the same as Fig. 1. A-A
This is an enlarged partially cutaway sectional view of the surface of a wire decorative board, and 1 and 1' are two mutually polymerized sheets of paper coated with a waterproof coating depending on the purpose, and are shaped into desired shapes and shapes. A metal wire 2 made of iron, copper, aluminum or the like is sandwiched between the paper materials 1 and 1',
Further, in the sandwiched state, the mutually polymerized surfaces containing the metal wire 2 are treated with, for example, acetic acid (edible vinegar), copper acetate, aqueous ammonia, ammonium chloride, copper nitrate,
Adhesive 4 with a preferably slow-drying adhesive 3 made of a mixture of sulfur (trade name: Mutohap), aluminum chloride, hydrogen sulfide, etc., such as Bond, Yamato glue (all trade names), etc. It is. Reference numeral 5 denotes a colored pattern formed along the figure as rust forcibly generated on the metal wire 2 by the oxidizing solution permeates the surface of the paper materials 1 and 1'. 6 is the watch body. In addition, the color of the colored pattern 5 that is permeated depending on the relationship between the selected metal wire 2 and the oxidizing liquid will be exemplified below.

Since the present invention is constructed in this way, the surfaces of two paper materials 1 and 1', whose mutually polymerized surfaces including the metal wire 2 are pasted 4 using a mixed oxidizing solution,
The result is that the rust from the metal wire 2 is permeated and the colored pattern 5 along the desired shape is easily and freely formed to form a decorative plate material. [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, the decorative board material according to the present invention is able to penetrate the rust caused by the oxidizing liquid of the paper materials 1 and 1' which are mutually polymerized and pasted together, and the metal wire material 2 which is sandwiched. The paper material 1, 1' is shaped by the colored pattern 5 along the desired figure formed on the surface.
This makes it possible to make the product lightweight, and at the same time, it is possible to easily and freely obtain the colored pattern 5, and it is possible to eliminate worries such as cracks and breakage over a long period of time, and it is also easy to handle. It is extremely useful because various colored patterns 5 can be freely created depending on the shape of the metal wire 2, and penetrating colors can be easily created by the combination of the selected metal wire 2 and oxidizing liquid. It is a decorative board material.
