Due to such reasons as water leakage, contamination of the surrounding area by scattered asphalt, and difficulty in finding water leakage points, two-sheet waterproofing methods and three-painted film waterproofing methods have been developed.

Can be constructed at room temperature. Fewer steps. Excellent weather resistance. Not easily affected by temperature.
It can also be applied to roofs with complex shapes. It is lightweight. Because it has the characteristics of not producing bad odors or polluting the surrounding area (non-polluting), it has shown significant growth in recent years, and more and more companies are entering the market.

シート防水工法における急務となつている。 However, the sheet waterproofing method requires (1) precision in the base; (2) If it is stretched out or pasted to the base, breakage is likely to occur. (3) The joints between waterproof sheets tend to be weak points. (4) Disadvantages have also been pointed out, such as the tendency for "blistering" to occur due to adhesive solvent vapor and water vapor in the base, and there is an urgent need to eliminate these disadvantages in sheet waterproofing methods.

The waterproof sheets 21, 21' are bonded to the waterproof base G using an adhesive 22 by a so-called wrap joint method. The joint parts of the waterproof sheets 21 and 21' are overlapped to a width of 40 to 50 mm, and the overlapped part 23 is welded with a rubber adhesive in the case of a rubber sheet, or solvent welded or heat welded in the case of a vinyl chloride sheet, and then a prevention sheet is applied. Tarpaulin sheet 2 layered on 21'
1 end is filled with a urethane-based or silicon-based elastic sealing material 24 or finished by welding with a welding rod. In this case, a belt-shaped sheet may be further stretched over the overlapping portion of the waterproof sheet 21 using an adhesive. This construction method is a typical sheet waterproofing construction method and can be said to be an excellent construction method.

is adhered to the waterproof base G using adhesive 32. In this case, the joints between the waterproof sheets have a butted structure. A tape-shaped unvulcanized butyl rubber sealing tape 33 is pressed onto this butt joint,
The upper surface is covered with a belt-shaped plastic sheet 34 made of a material with excellent weather resistance, and the belt-shaped sheet 34
and the joint surface parts 35, 3 with the waterproof sheets 31, 31'
5' is integrated by rubber adhesive, solvent welding, or heat welding, and urethane-based or silicone-based elastic sealing material 3 is attached to both ends of the strip sheet 34.
Filled with 6,36' or finished by welding with a welding rod. This construction method is considered to be even more reliable than the lap joint construction method shown in Figure 6, and it can be said that the above-mentioned drawback (3) has been almost eliminated by adopting this construction method.

Although it has come to be called "another floor" that can be used for construction, the existence of overlapping parts of the tarpaulin sheets has been pointed out as a new drawback. Rubber sheets are rarely used in this way, but vinyl chloride resin waterproof sheets have a thickness of 2.0 mm to 2.5 mm, so
The thickness of this overlapping portion of the sheet cannot be ignored compared to other flat portions, and the elimination of this overlapping portion is being highlighted as a new requirement.

If the waterproof base is not completely dry, and a waterproof sheet is pasted on top of it, the moisture contained in the waterproof base will rise and become water vapor between the waterproof sheet and the waterproof base, causing the waterproof sheet to dry. Exhibits the phenomenon of swelling. In addition, even if the waterproof base is sufficiently dry, if the open time of the adhesive used for attaching the tarpaulin sheet is not sufficient, the adhesive may be contained in the adhesive after adhering the tarpaulin sheet. The solvent that was present vaporizes, causing the waterproof sheet to bulge in the same manner as the moisture.

The shape of the degassing/dehumidifying communication uneven portion is provided as a longitudinal protrusion on the back surface of the waterproof sheet as shown in Fig. 5, but as shown in Fig. 4, it is provided in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) and the horizontal direction (width direction). A groove may be formed in the groove. Of course, as a modification or application of these, a diagonal protrusion or a diamond-shaped concave groove structure may be used without departing from the scope of the present invention.

It will be done. Further, in the case of the ridged uneven portion shown in FIG. 5, it can be easily obtained by using an embossing roll in which ring-shaped grooves are engraved on the circumference of the embossing roll.

The emulsion adhesives used in this case include acrylic resin emulsions, acrylic-EVA emulsions, acrylic-vinyl acetate emulsions, etc., and are not particularly limited, but they have excellent adhesion to the waterproof sheet. A high-concentration type that has the same properties and causes few sink marks due to drying is suitable.

定されるものではない。 In FIG. 1, waterproof sheets 1 and 1' are adhered to a waterproof base G using an adhesive (not shown).
The end of the rising portion is fixed to the lower part of the cap P by an aluminum terminal holding fitting A and a screw B. As described above, the deaeration disk C is used to release water vapor and solvent vapor that have diffused along the continuous uneven portion into the atmosphere. A joint 9 approximately equal to the thickness of the waterproof sheet is provided in the waterproof sheet 1, 1'.
FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of the circular indicator (X) in FIG. 1.
Adhesive 6 is used for waterproof sheets 1 and 1' for waterproof base G.
It is glued by. Although the adhesive 6 is present in the communicating grooves 2 and 2', it does not close the grooves.
The joint between the joint thin flat parts 5 and 5' becomes a space with a gap t with the waterproof base as described above, but this part has approximately the same thickness as this gap t, and the width of the joint A band-shaped sheet 7 having approximately the same width as is inserted, and is adhered and fixed to the waterproof base using adhesive 6. The belt-like sheet used here is optimally one of the same quality as the waterproof sheet, but when adhering with an adhesive, it is not particularly limited as long as it has adhesive properties for the adhesive.

In this case, they are integrated in a watertight manner by bonding them together using an adhesive.

That is, when creating the engraving roll for embossing, this portion is processed to have a predetermined thickness, and a thin flat portion is formed in the same manner as the embossing of the communicating uneven portion. Gap t with waterproof base
should be approximately 0.5 to 0.8 mm, approximately the same depth as the groove, or slightly larger.

In the case of the waterproof sheet 11 shown in FIG.
Since the recesses 13 between the holes 12 are relatively wide, the degassing and dehumidifying effects are large. The adhesive 6 is usually applied to the waterproof base surface using a comb trowel, but in this case, by aligning the combs in the width direction of the waterproof sheet, the ridges 12 and the combs of the adhesive are applied. Since they are orthogonal to each other, the deaeration and dehumidification effects become even greater.

る。(Effects of the Invention) The implementation method of the present invention has various features. The first feature of the present invention is that a thin flat part for joining is provided at both ends of the waterproof sheet in the width direction, and a band-shaped sheet is inserted into the gap between the waterproof sheet and another adjacent waterproof sheet, so that the waterproof sheet and the band-shaped sheet are integrated. Since the waterproof sheets are bonded together, there is no swelling caused by overlapping waterproof sheets, which is seen in conventional bonding methods, and excellent watertightness can be obtained.
