均一に充分照射して塗膜を硬化させた。

艶消しで、また他の品質も前記(実施例1)及び(実施
例2)と同等な塩化ビニル樹脂金属成形品11を得られ
た。さらに(実施例4)によると印刷された絵柄の上に
約150μmの透明な層を有するため、特に表面の深み
に富み、また表面が極めて平滑で写映性に優れているば
かりでなく、表面硬度も3H程度と優れ、且つ紫外線硬
化型塗料と塩化ビニル樹脂製化粧シートとの間の密着力
も充分な塩化ビニル樹脂金属成形品11が得られた。

ルムへの印刷、貼り合せ、及び金属板への貼り合せ等は
すべてウェブ状に連続して行なえるため、工程に無駄が
なくコスト的に有利である。立体的形状にプレス成型し
ても表面の物性に優れ、白化や割れを起こさず、深みの
ある漆調の鏡面光沢の仕上げ面や艶消しの仕上げ面をも
ち、また耐スクラッチ性や耐汚染性にも優れ、さらには
可塑剤含有量の少ない塩化ビニル樹脂を使用するため紫
外線硬化型塗料との密着性にも優れた品質を確保出来
る。以上のことから塩化ビニル樹脂金属成形品を、優れ
た品質、高い生産性、さらに低コストで得ることができ
る製造方法を提供することができた。

製造方法において、紫外線硬化型塗料が該塩化ビニル樹
脂製化粧シートの表側に塗布され紫外線の照射により硬
化された後に、該塩化ビニル樹脂製化粧シートの裏側と
該金属板とが接着され(以下これを塩化ビニル樹脂金属
板と称する)、次に所望する形状に打ち抜かれ、しかる
後に金型と該塩化ビニル樹脂金属板との片方もしくは両
方が加熱された状態でプレス法により立体的形状に成形
されることを特徴とする塩化ビニル樹脂金属成形品の製
造方法。
