Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a simple manufacture for the permanent magnet of a motor wherein a plurality of permanent magnet pieces are arranged around a yoke. CONSTITUTION:In advance, a required number of permanent magnet pieces 12 are fixed temporarily onto a sheet or a glass fiber material impregnated with thermosetting resin 13, and it is wound on the periphery of a yoke 14 where a binder is applied uniformly, together with the sheet or glass fiber material, and then the binder is made thermoset to get a permanent magnet rotor.

グ材という)で巻回して加熱硬化することもある。

久磁石片12を仮止めし、接着剤が一様に塗布されたヨ
ーク14の外周面にシートごとまたはロービング材ごと
巻付けて、所定位置に永久磁石片12を配設し、接着剤
を加熱硬化して永久磁石回転子11を構成している。前
記シート13は、接着剤が加熱硬化され永久磁石片12
が固着したのち除去するものである。このように本発明
の実施例によれば、永久磁石回転子を手間をかけずに大
幅に工数削減して製造できる。また、永久磁石片12は
シートもしくはロービング材13の上に自在に配置でき
るので、永久磁石片12を傾斜して配すること(スキュ
ーをつける)も簡単にできることは言うまでもない。

石片を所望の固着位置に配置することを特徴とする永久
磁石回転子の製造方法。
