<Problem that the invention aims to solve> However, when caulking the parts where steel plates are in close contact with each other, it is necessary to make it more solid and reliable, to be durable and free from pollution such as noise and vibration, and to be economical. Although it is desired that the crimping device be excellent in terms of performance, there has been no satisfactory crimping device in the prior art.

For example, to specifically explain an example of a conventional deck plate caulking device, as shown in FIG. The deck plate 6, which is made of two steel plates sent with the folding rolls 7 and 8 facing each other, is provided with a caulking piece, and the caulking piece is caulked.
Since the gap is larger than the thickness of the vertical portion 6a of the deck plate 6 that passes through them, the thin deck plate 6 is difficult to machine, and vibration and noise are generated during machining. As shown in FIG. 8, the initial cut piece 15 cut by the cutter 4 becomes large, causing large damage to the area other than the caulking piece 16 necessary for caulking, weakening the strength of the deck plate 6, and There were problems such as easy rusting. Also a pair of folding rolls 7,
8 does not play the role of a feed roll, so there was also the problem that a new feed roll was required.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention provides a vertical deck plate consisting of a notching roll and receiving roll capable of making a notch in the vertical portion, and a pair of bending rolls capable of bending the notched piece. In an apparatus capable of caulking a part, the cutting roll, the receiving roll, and a pair of bending rolls are arranged to face each other with a gap approximately equal to the thickness of the vertical part to be processed, and the outer periphery of the cutting roll is A total of four cutting cutters (two sets) are provided protruding from the surface, a ring groove approximately equal to the height of the cutting cutters is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the receiving roll to form an inner roll, and one of the receiving rolls is bent. This deck plate caulking device is characterized in that a ring groove approximately equal to the thickness of the vertical portion is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the roll.

<Function> As described above, the device according to the present invention creates a gap approximately equal to the thickness of the vertical portion of the deck plate where two steel plates are joined, for processing the cutting roll, the receiving roll, and the pair of bending rolls. Since the vertical parts are held and faced to each other, the vertical parts passing through these gaps can be passed through while being closely held from both sides. Therefore, without applying unreasonable force to the vertical parts, vibration and noise can be extremely reduced. In addition, it is possible to accurately form a relatively small initial cut piece on the vertical part, reduce damage around it, and prevent the strength of the deck plate from weakening.Furthermore, the receiving roll has a cut that is approximately equal to the height of the cutter. Since the inner roll is formed with a ring groove, when cutting a vertical section with a cutting cutter, the cutter can be inserted into the inner roll and the initial cut piece can be cut into small pieces. Damage around the piece can be reduced, and since a ring groove is formed on the outer peripheral surface of one of the folding rolls, which is approximately equal to the thickness of the vertical part, the caulking piece can be introduced into this inner roll. It is possible to bend the material smoothly and swage the vertical swage portions with high efficiency.

The deck plate 6 is sent out downward by the cutting roll 1 and the receiving roll 2. Two sets of cutters 4, 4', 5,
5' is provided to protrude. Their positional relationship is shown in FIG. When the cutting roll 1 rotates in the direction of the arrow, the cutter 4 cuts the vertical part 6a of the deck plate 6 in conjunction with the rotation, and the caulking piece 11 and the initial cutting piece 14 in the shape of the cutter 4 are moved toward the receiving roll 2 side, for example, in the direction of the arrow. It is cut out as shown in Figure 4. This caulking piece 11 passes through this gap because the inner roll 3, which is formed in a ring groove shape on the outer peripheral surface of the receiving roll 2, is smaller in diameter than the receiving roll 2 by the height of the cutter 4. It is sent to a pair of folding rolls 7 and 8 which are driven. Furthermore, bending roll 7
The deck plate 6 is further sent downward by the folding roll 8 and the bending roll 8. The caulking piece 11 is formed in the shape of a ring groove on the outer peripheral surface of the folding roll 8 and has a depth approximately equal to the thickness of the vertical portion of the inner roll 9.
The caulking piece 11 passes between the inner roll 9 and the folding roll 8 while being further bent upward, and the caulking piece 11 is completely bent and brought into close contact with the deck plate 6. This is the inner roll 9 of the folding roll 8.
This is because the gap between the folding roll 7 and the folding roll 7 is equal to the thickness of two deck plates.

In consideration of economical efficiency, this apparatus may be configured such that only one set of the cutting roll 1 and the receiving roll 2 or one set of the folding rolls 7 and 8 are driven by a motor. This can be changed depending on the thickness of the deck plate 6. Furthermore, the inner roll 9 can be omitted by making the bending roll 8 a variable shaft using hydraulic pressure, a spring, or the like. Depending on the deck plate 6, a bending bar 10 can also be provided.

<Effects of the invention> The deck plate caulking device of the present invention has two sets of rolls, a cutting roll, a receiving roll, and a pair of folding rolls, always in contact with the deck plate, and the deck plate is accurately fed and the cutter makes the cut. , the bending roll provides firm caulking and high precision. Furthermore, as mentioned above, since the initial cut pieces are small, unnecessary parts are not damaged, the strength of the deck plate is not impaired, and the occurrence of rust can be reduced. It is possible to provide a device that can caulk without applying extra force or deformation to the deck plate, regardless of the plate thickness, and that produces less noise and vibration from the rolls during processing, resulting in less noise pollution. It has characteristics such as being able to do it.
