[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] The present invention is a seat cushion for a vehicle seat, in particular, a cushion pad is placed on the top surface of a cushion panel to integrate the two, and the cushion is installed upright on the vehicle floor. The present invention relates to improving the comfort of a seat cushion of a vehicle seat that is assembled to a pair of left and right supporting members.

[Prior Art] This type of seat cushion can be roughly divided into cushion structures for improving the comfort of the seated person. The cushion pad is thinned by using a combination of seat springs of various shapes (hereinafter referred to as spring cushions). (hereinafter referred to as the main type), one in which the use of a seat spring is omitted by using a thick cushion pad (hereinafter referred to as the full-form type), and one that combines the characteristics of the above two types (hereinafter referred to as the compromise type) are known. ing.

Among these, the spring-based seat cushion is equipped with a cushion panel, a cushion pad, and a seat cover. Since the cushion pad has a structure that absorbs vibrations transmitted from the road surface to the vehicle through the interposition of a seat spring, the cushion pad can be relatively thin.

In contrast to the above-mentioned seat cushions, full-form seat cushions omit the seat spring by using thicker cushion pads. The cushion panel and the cushion pad are in direct contact with each other, and the vibrations of the vehicle are absorbed only by the deflection of the cushion pad. It is necessary to make the cushion pad thicker so that it can be absorbed by the water.

An example of a seat cushion that combines the features of the above two types of structures is shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. Fourth
In the figure, this seat cushion 1 has a simple S spring interposed as a seat spring 5 between a cushion panel 2 and a cushion pad 3, and the cushion pad 3 has a thickness intermediate between the above two examples.

By the way, the comfort of the seat cushion is
The ability to absorb vibrations transmitted to the vehicle from the road surface and the deflection characteristics of the seat cushion to stably hold the body of the occupant play a major role. In particular, if the amount of deflection of the seat cushion due to the compressive load is large, the seated person's buttocks sink into the seat, causing the seater's body to sink down and the body pressure distribution to become unstable, resulting in poor comfort and fatigue. From these points, even though there is no problem with the vibration absorbing properties of any of the above-mentioned types of seat cushions, their deflection characteristics are greatly different from each other. In other words, the spring-based type has a structure that reduces the tendency for the buttocks to sink in, provides stable body pressure distribution, and is comfortable to wear, but the structure is complicated and manufacturing costs are high. On the other hand, the full-form type has a simple structure, but the buttocks sink in and the body pressure distribution is unstable, making it uncomfortable to wear. In addition, even in the eclectic type, since the cushion pad is thick, only the central portion of the seat sags, and the feeling of being sunk in at the buttocks remains unresolved, resulting in no improvement in wearing comfort.

To this end, the present invention provides a seat cushion for a vehicle seat as described above, in which a portion of the cushion panel corresponding to the seating position has a shape that matches the outer shape of the buttock of the seated person, and the lower surface of the cushion pad has a shape that corresponds to the seated person's buttocks. The cushion panel has a shape corresponding to the upper surface of the cushion panel, and the front end of the cushion panel is supported by a pair of left and right support members, and the rear end of the cushion panel is attached to the support members by a spring member. This seat cushion has a structure in which it is suspended in a suspended manner.

[Operations and Effects of the Invention] Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, vibrations of the vehicle are first absorbed by the spring member suspending the cushion panel. When the occupant is seated, the cushion pad is compressed, the spring member is expanded, and the cushion panel is bent relative to the support members. In addition, the part of the cushion panel corresponding to the seating position has a shape that matches the outer shape of the buttocks of the seated person, and the lower surface of the cushion pad has a shape that corresponds to the upper surface of the cushion panel. In combination, the butt part is held stably with little slippage. Thus, according to the present invention, the cushion panel and the cushion pad function integrally, and although the cushion pad is thin, vehicle vibrations are absorbed, and the seat is given appropriate flexibility, which improves body pressure distribution. Since it is stable, the comfort of wearing it is significantly improved. Furthermore, since the structure is simple, manufacturing costs are also low.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. A seat cushion 11 of a vehicle seat shown in FIG. 1 has a cushion pad 13 placed on the upper surface of a cushion panel 12, is integrally covered with a seat cover 14, and is installed upright on a vehicle floor (not shown). It is lockably assembled to a pair of left and right seat tracks 16 and 26 as supporting members. The part 12a of the cushion panel 12 corresponding to the seating position has a shape that matches the outer shape of the buttocks of the seated person by three-dimensional bending. The arranged reinforcing ribs 12b are integrally formed. Cushion panel 12
The front end portion 12c of the front end portion 12c is fixed by a screw 18 to a frame 17 that connects the left and right upper rails 16a, 26a of the seat tracks 16, 26 to each other. Both sides 12 of the rear end of the cushion panel 12
d is integrally fixed to the upper rails 16a, 26a via coil springs 19, 29, and is attached to the lower arm 2.
It is supported in a hanging manner from 0.30. The flange near the front end of the cushion panel 12 is provided with notches 12e on both sides, so that the cushion panel 12 can be easily bent in response to the notches 12e when seated. The cushion pad 13 is constructed integrally with the cushion panel 12, and its lower surface has a shape corresponding to the upper surface of the cushion panel 12.

The cushion panel 12 is required to have enough rigidity to bend to a certain extent under the weight of a seated person but not deform when the seated person sits on the seat.
Although the structure is such that key points are reinforced by integrally formed ribs 12b, steel plates may also be used.
However, in this case, the upper surface of the cushion panel must be finished smoothly.

As is clear from the embodiments described above, according to the present invention, vibrations from the road surface are absorbed by the coil spring 19,
29, the cushion pad 13 can be made thinner. When the seated person is seated, the cushion pad 13 is compressed, the coil springs 19 and 29 are expanded, and the cushion panel 12 is compressed.
Although the body sinks moderately through the notch 12e due to the bending of the rear part, since the cushion pad 13 is thin, the seated person's buttocks do not sink in as much. Further, a portion 12a of the cushion panel 12 corresponding to the seating position is molded to match the outer shape of the buttocks of the seated person, and the lower surface of the cushion pad 13 has a shape corresponding to the upper surface of the cushion panel 12. This provides stable support for the buttocks. Therefore, the vibrations of the vehicle are absorbed and the body pressure distribution is stabilized, so it is comfortable to wear and reduces fatigue. Furthermore, since the structure is simple, manufacturing costs are low.
