As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, conventional vehicle seats have a seat cushion 1 and a cushion pad 2.
A frame line-shaped inner frame 3 along the outer periphery of the cushion pad 2 is integrally formed, and the inner frame 3 and the cushion pad 2 are attached to the seat frame 4. Together with the spring material 5 made of a coil spring or the like, the seat cushion 1 is provided with appropriate cushioning properties. However, the inner frame 3 and the spring material 5 of the conventional seat cushion 1 are constructed separately, and when a load is applied to the center part of the seat cushion 1 when sitting, etc., both sides 1L and 5 of the seat cushion 1 are The 1R deforms inward, giving a feeling of pressure to the sides of the seated person, and the seated person cannot freely move his or her thighs, making it impossible to obtain good riding comfort.

Furthermore, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-19925 shows a structure in which an upper frame line is attached to the seat frame, and on both sides of this upper frame line, bending parts for attaching to the seat frame are bent inward. Although it has been
This bending part is not located inside the seat frame and is fixed to the seat frame, so it cannot move downward, and the lower limit is determined, so it depends on the body shape of the seated person. If a torsional force due to a load acts on the upper frame line, this torsional force is applied directly to the seated person, and there is a risk that the seated person may be compressed by the upper frame line.

The purpose of this invention is to prevent both sides of the seat cushion from deforming inwardly when a load is applied to the center of the seat cushion when sitting, etc., so that there is no feeling of pressure on the sides of the seated person. The purpose of this invention is to provide a seat structure that can provide a comfortable ride with a simple configuration, which will become clear from the detailed description below with reference to the drawings.

The following is the configuration of an embodiment of the seat structure according to the present invention. According to such a configuration, when a seated person is seated on the seat cushion 11, the weight of the seated person causes the cushion pad to move as shown in FIG. 5A. 12 and the spring material 15 are bent, the horizontal portion 17b of the inner side 17 of the inner frame 13 is pressed downward, and the inclined portion 17a and the outer peripheral portion 16 are both pressed in the downward direction, so that both sides of the seat cushion 11 are bent. Since the sides 11L and 11R move downward and do not fall inward, they do not give a feeling of pressure to the seated person.

When the seated person stands up, the cushion pad 12 and the spring material 15 rise to their original positions due to restoring force, and the inner frame 13 also rises, causing both side portions 1 of the seat cushion 11 to rise.
1L and 11R are lifted and returned to their original positions.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 5B, the seat cushion 11
Since the inner side part 17 of the inner frame 13 is formed in a U-shape when viewed from above, the front side part 11F of the inner frame 13 has an inclined part 17a and a horizontal part 17 facing each other.
Since it is easy to bend back and forth with the boundary at b, and the cushioning properties of the front side portion 11F are increased, when used as a driver's seat of an automobile, the driver's thighs can be freely flexed and stretched.

According to the seat structure of the present invention, as the center part of the seat cushion sinks due to the weight of the seated person, the horizontal part of the inside part of the inner frame is pressed downward, and the horizontal part of the inside part is not in a fixed state. Due to the downward movement of the horizontal part, both the inclined part and the outer peripheral part are pulled down, and compared to a case where the inner frame is fixed, there is a risk that the torsional force and reaction force of the inner frame will be applied directly to the seated person. The seat cushion conforms well to the body shape of the seated person, prevents both sides of the seat cushion from falling toward the center, significantly reduces the feeling of pressure on the seated person, and is good due to its simple structure. You can get a comfortable ride.
