As this type of heat exchange device, the one shown in FIG. 2 is in practical use. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a frame of a heat exchange device, which is open at the top and bottom and closed at all four sides. Reference numeral 2 designates finch-tube heat exchangers that are housed in a V-shape facing each other within the frame 1. The tube constituting this heat exchanger is connected and communicated with a cooler disposed on an object to be cooled, such as an electronic device, and cooling water, which is a refrigerant, flows through the tube. 3 is 2
4 is a filter provided at the bottom opening of the frame 1, and 5 is a fan disposed at the top of the frame 1 to blow air upward. , 6 is a lower wind shield plate that prevents the air blown by the fan 5 from passing through the heat exchanger 2 and blowing upwardly, and 7 is a mounting member on both sides of the frame 1. 1
This is a water receptacle disposed below the heat exchanger 2, with both sides supported by the mounting member 1a.

The heat exchanger uses a fan 5 to suck in cold outside air through a filter 4, and causes this outside air to flow through the heat exchanger 2 from outside to inside.
It exchanges heat with the cooling water flowing inside the tube, removes heat from the object to be cooled, and re-cools the heated cooling water.
The outside air heated by the heat exchange is exhausted upward. On the other hand, if a water leak occurs in the heat exchanger 2 and the cooling water flows out of the heat exchanger, it may cause an unexpected accident. The water is collected in the receiver 7 and discharged through a drainage hose (not shown), thereby preventing the above-mentioned accident.

In order to solve the above problems, this invention includes two finch-tube heat exchangers in which cooling water flows through the tubes and are arranged in a V-shape, and a tube is installed above the heat exchanger to heat the heat exchanger. In the heat exchanger of the cooling water supply device, the heat exchanger includes a fan that blows air into the exchanger to re-cool the cooling water, and a water receiver provided below the heat exchanger, the water receiver having an upper edge thereof. Both ends are supported and fixed to wind shield plates that are close to the lower surface of the heat exchanger and are fixed to both sides of the two heat exchangers, and the water receiver is further provided with a drain port. do.

Since the wind shield plates on both sides of the heat exchanger also serve as mounting members for the water receiver, and the water receiver also serves as the lower wind shield plate, the mounting members and the lower wind shield plate can be omitted.

In FIG. 1, the conventional lower windshield (FIG. 2, 6) is eliminated. The water receiver 7 is provided with attachment parts 7a at the upper center of both ends, and is fixed to the lower part of the wind shielding plate 3 with a screw member via the attachment parts 7a. At this time, the heat exchanger 2 is attached so close that the upper edge 7b contacts the lower surface of the heat exchanger 2. Therefore, the mounting members (FIG. 1a) provided on the frame 1 are omitted in this embodiment. The water receptacle 7 has a slightly inclined lower surface, a drain port is provided at the lowest part thereof, and a drain hose 9 is connected to the drain port and extends to an appropriate position for draining water.

In the above-mentioned configuration, since the water receiver 7 is installed close to the heat exchanger 2, the outside air sucked in from the bottom opening of the frame 1 by the fan 5 flows between the bottom surface of the heat exchanger and the water receiver 7. The cooling water is sent upward through the heat exchanger 2 without directly flowing upward between the two heat exchangers, thereby efficiently cooling the cooling water. In addition, by removing the mounting member (Fig. 1, 1a) and the lower wind shield plate (Fig. 2, 6), the number of parts is reduced, and the manufacture of the frame 1 and the assembly of the heat exchange device are simplified. The manufacturing cost of the device is reduced. Further, if water leaks from the heat exchanger 2, the leaked cooling water is collected in the water receiver 7 and discharged through the drain hose, as in the conventional case.

According to this invention, the upper edge of the water receiver is close to the lower surface of the heat exchanger, and both ends are supported and fixed to the wind shield plates fixed to both sides of the two heat exchangers. In addition, since a drain port is provided in this water receptacle, the configuration can be simplified by removing some parts, and the manufacturing cost of the heat exchange device can be reduced accordingly. .
