(考案が解決しようとする問題点) しかるにかゝる給排気筒トツプは耐熱性があり
しかも該給排筒トツプから無駄に放熱されないよ
うにステンレス板等の材料で形成されており、排
ガス中に含まれる水蒸気が排気出口近傍で結露し
易く、これが風の影響等を受けて、給気口に回り
込むと寒冷地ではこれが凍結して給気口を塞ぐの
不具合を生じここれによれば給気不足となつて不
完全燃焼を生じるの不具合がある。そこで、実開
昭54−179547号公報に見られるごとく、該給気口
の近傍に電気ヒータを設けて、かゝる不具合を解
消するものが知られる。しかしこのものは、屋外
に突出する給排気トツプにわざわざ該電気ヒータ
に通電するための配線を必要とし、この配線には
安全面の対策をする必要がある等その工事が面倒
である。

11で閉じて該蓋体11並びに外筒6の先端側に
排気口12を形成すると共に、外筒6の内筒4と
の間に給気路7を形成する部分の先端側に給気口
8を備えるものに構成し、該内外筒4,6の給気
口8を設けた部分より先端側4a,6aを銅、ア
ルミ等の熱良導体10で構成し、これをその根部
側で給排筒トツプ本体2aを構成する根部側の内
外筒4b,6bの先端に螺合結着させるようにし
