ゼで圧迫し、子宮膣内からの出血を防ぎ縫合を行なって
いた。しかし、従来の膣鏡は膣へ挿入後先端部を開口す
ると鳥の嘴(くちばし)状になっており、子宮口圧迫が充
分行えず、また縫合のための開窓部も広くなるので両側
の開口した部分から内部へ膣壁がたれるため、縫合が困
難で短時間に出血が多く、貧血となることも多い。更
に、視野を拡大しようとして開口角度を大きくすると、
膣壁は緊張するため創を密着閉鎖することができない。
また膣鏡内壁に沿って大量の血液が子宮口、裂傷口より
流出し、創全体像がわからなくなるという難点があっ
