Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a drain discharging passage of a bath device in which an accommodation for a high head specification for the second floor hot water feeding operation can be embodied a degree of freedom in configuration of the device is improved, and in addition, reliability in operation of equipment is enabled through a simple configuration and its cost can be reduced. CONSTITUTION:A bath device 1 is comprised of a hot water feeding passage 3 for use in feeding hot water and a forced circulation passage 4. The hot water feeding passage 3 has a hot water opening or closing valve 31 and a surrounding air releasing valve 32 from a water feeding port 3a through a heat exchanger 3b and then a venturi part 33 is arranged at a downstream side of it. A drain chamber 32a is connected to the venturi part 33 through the drain discharging passage 32b. The venturi part 33 forms the metering or throat part of which sectional area is continuously varied to reduce its passage resistance and a drain discharging passage 32b is opened at its small diameter part.
