められた脱泡容器1が置かれている。脱泡容器1の上部
開口付近には金網のような網状部材13が設けられてい

れ、脱泡時間が短縮される。発明者の実験によれば、こ
のような方法で脱泡した場合には、従来の約半分の時
間、すなわち約20分間、で完全に気泡を除去すること
ができた。なお、真空恒温槽11内部の温度は例えばセ
氏40度から50度に加熱し樹脂の粘性を低くしかつ硬
