子が相手方の電源端子に接続されない長さに設け

に設けられた係合機構が完全に係合していない仮
置き状態のままで放置され、車が走行して電気器
具本体に振動が加えられたとしても、電気器具本
体の電気負荷への給電回路が形成されず、この給
電回路を形成する電源端子にアーク放電が発生す
