電磁石(ソレノイド)15を、支軸12の軸心方向への
若干の移動が許容される状態で配置して速度維持手段A
を構成してある。電磁石15と被吸着リング13とのク
リアランスSは、支軸12の2個のナットを操作するこ
とによる被吸着リング13と皿バネ14の軸方向への移
動によって変更調節可能である。前記電磁石15への通
電を入り切りする操作スイッチ16は、操縦ハンドル1
7の左横位置に設けられているとともに、電磁石15へ
の通電を操作スイッチ16とは別に絶つことができるキ
ャンセルスイッチ18をブレーキペダル19の踏み込み
操作に伴って作動される状態に装備してある。また、調
速ペダル11が中立位置及び中立位置付近か後進位置に
あると作動する後進検出スイッチ20を切換レバー10
に作用する状態で設けるとともに、エンジン5の回転数
を検出する回転計21とを設けて夫々制御装置22に接
