In a room where clean air is circulated, such as a clean room, a slight pressure difference may occur between the room and the outside. Such a pressure difference is adjusted by discharging air from a vent that communicates the indoor and outdoor areas. Further, the amount of air discharged from the vent is adjusted by a pressure regulating damper.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a conventional pressure regulating damper. As shown in FIG. 5, the damper 70 is provided at a vent 72 that communicates the indoor and outdoor spaces. The damper 70 is rotatably supported at its upper end and is opened by being rotated in the direction of arrow A shown in FIG. Air vent 7
The amount of air discharged from the damper 2 is adjusted by the amount of rotation of the damper 70. A weight 74 for adjusting the amount of rotation is attached to the damper 70 so as to be slidable in the vertical direction via a guide member 76.

In such a configuration, the damper 70 is biased by its own weight and the weight 74 in the direction of closing the vent 72 (the opposite direction to the direction of arrow A shown in FIG. 5), and the weight 74 acts as a guide. When the position on the member 76 is changed, the biasing force in the closing direction changes. Therefore, the air in the room under positive pressure pushes up the damper 70 against the urging force in the closing direction and is discharged, and the exhaust amount is adjusted by the weight 74. That is, by changing the position of the weight 74, the damper 70 can adjust the amount of air exhausted from the vent 72, and can finely adjust the differential pressure between the indoor and outdoor areas.

However, with such a pressure regulating damper having a conventional configuration, there is a problem with workers working outdoors because the damper protrudes from the room wall, which obstructs workers walking in corridors, etc. be.
Furthermore, if a fire or the like occurs indoors, if the damper 70 is open, there will be a problem that the airflow will encourage the fire or the like in the room.

FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram of a clean room equipped with a pressure regulating damper according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, clean air flows down into the clean chamber 10. The clean air is blown into the clean room 10 through a HEPA filter 12 provided on the ceiling. The air in the room 10 is downflowed and sent to the underfloor chamber 14 through the floor surface 13 formed by grating. The air in the underfloor chamber 14 is sent to the air conditioner 16, where it is mixed with a portion of the outside air and sent back from the air conditioner 16 to the HEPA filter 12...
...and the air is circulated. In such a clean room, the pressure inside the room 10 tends to gradually become positive, and it is necessary to adjust the differential pressure between the indoor pressure and the outdoor pressure. For this reason, a vent 20 is provided in the wall 10A of the clean room to communicate the clean interior 10 and the outside 18, and the pressure regulating damper according to the present invention is attached to the vent 20.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the pressure regulating damper according to the present invention. Pressure adjustment damper 30 according to the present invention
consists of a substantially square support frame 32, and divided dampers 34, 34, 34 that are divided into three stages, upper, middle, and lower, within the support frame 32. The width l of the support frame 32 is formed to be approximately the same width as the chamber wall 10A.
2 is housed in the vent 20 and installed without protruding from the wall surface of the chamber. Each divided damper 34 is connected to the support frame 32
They are respectively rotatably mounted by pivot shafts 36 that are horizontally suspended. Each divided damper 34 is arranged such that the rotation radius of the divided damper 36 is shorter than the width of the support frame 32 and the rotation range is within the support frame 32. A guide member 76 and a weight 74 are provided on the surface of each divided damper 34, and the air in the room 10 is exhausted by pushing up the damper 70 against the biasing force of the weight 74 and the damper 34. It is adjusted by the engagement position of the guide member 76 of 74. Note that the guide member 76 and the weight 74 have the same structure as that of the conventional damper shown in FIG. 5, and detailed explanation thereof will be omitted.

According to the pressure regulating damper according to the present invention configured as described above, the divided damper 34... is connected to the vent hole 2.
Since the damper 3 is divided and provided within 0, the damper 3
The rotation radius of the damper 4 is small and can be accommodated within the width of the indoor wall 10A, and the rotation range of the divided damper 34 can also be accommodated within the wall 10A. For this reason, the divided damper 34...
... do not protrude from the surface of the room wall 10A and do not interfere with workers or the like outside the room 18. Further, since the damper is formed by dividing, the positions of the weights 74 of the divided dampers 34 are made different, so that each divided damper 34 is
Since the amount of rotation of the damper can be adjusted, it is possible to make more detailed adjustments to the indoor pressure than with a single damper.

FIG. 3 is a sectional view of the pressure regulating damper according to the present invention provided with an emergency shutoff device. As shown in FIG. 3, the indoor side of each divided damper 34 of the damper 30 provided in the vent 20 is pivotally supported by links 42 . Each link 42 is rotatably supported by a rotating bar 46 that is pivotally supported by a support 44, and is moved in the direction of arrow B by rotation of the rotating bar 46.
A link 48 is rotatably attached to the upper end of the rotation bar 46 at a substantially right angle, and the link 48 is connected to the indoor wall 10A.
It is partially inserted into an aperture 50 formed in the.
A movable plate 52 is attached to the insertion end of the transmission member 48, and a retractable bellows 54 formed in an accordion shape is joined to the periphery of the movable plate 52. Therefore, the outdoor 18 side of the opening 50 is connected to the bellows membrane 54 and the movable plate 5.
covered by 2. On the other hand, the interior 10 side of the opening 50 is covered with a thin film 56, and the thin film 56 has excellent temperature transferability. A temperature-sensitive agent 5 is provided in the opening 50 partitioned by the bellows 54, the rotating plate 52, and the thin film 56.
8 is filled and the temperature in the room 10 rises abnormally, the temperature sensitive agent 58 expands and moves the movable plate 52 in the direction of arrow C shown in FIG. Therefore, in the event of an abnormal temperature such as a fire occurring in the room 10, the movable plate 52 moves to the left position shown in the virtual diagram, and the links 42... is moved in the direction of arrow B, and the divided dampers 34 are rotated and closed.

FIG. 4 is a sectional view of the pressure regulating damper according to the present invention provided with another emergency shutoff device. A shape memory alloy 60 is installed in the support frame 32 near the pivot shaft 36 of the divided damper 34 of the pressure adjustment damper 30. Each shape memory alloy 60 is in an elongated state at room temperature, and the divided damper 34 does not come into contact with the end locking portion 60A of the shape memory alloy 60 at room temperature. In addition, the shape memory alloy 60 is designed to contract due to the abnormally high temperature in the room 10, and shrinks to the state shown in the two-dot chain diagram, causing the tip locking portion 60A to shrink.
As a result, the divided damper 34 can be forcibly rotated to the rotationally closed position.

In the embodiment described above, a shape memory alloy 60 was used which has an elongated shape at room temperature and a contracted shape at high temperatures. However, it is also possible to use a shape memory alloy that has a contracted shape at room temperature and an elongated shape at high temperatures. In this case, the shape memory alloy may be placed outside the divided damper 34, and the divided damper 34 may be forcibly rotated from the outside by the expansion of the shape memory alloy.
