The case bodies 1 sorted into predetermined vertical and horizontal flow direction orientations and transported on the third conveyor 7 are stopped via the above-mentioned stop plate 12, and the case body 1 is perpendicular to the conveyor transport direction with respect to this stopping position. The case bodies 1 are pushed one row at a time via the pushing plate 13 onto a circulation table located on horizontal track sections arranged in parallel in the direction. Here, the means for spacing the case bodies 1 in one direction will be explained. . The stop plate 1
2 is configured to be able to freely move forward and backward so that its stopping position, that is, its advancing position can be varied. In addition, each case body 1 for one row is restrained via a restraining plate 12.
The third conveyor 7 section on which the case bodies 1 are placed includes a first independent drive conveyor 7a, a second independent drive conveyor 7b, and a third independent drive conveyor 7a, a second independent drive conveyor 7b, and a third independent drive conveyor 7b, which are connected to each other via free rollers 7d so that each case body 1 can be transferred independently. It is composed of a driving conveyor 7c. Here, to specifically explain the gap opening operation based on the illustrated example, for example, in FIG. When opening the gap A formed between the case bodies 1 in the posture, advance the stopping plate 12 to the position 12a shown by the imaginary line, stop each case body 1 at the stopping position, and then The stop plate 12 is moved back to the original solid line position, and only the first independently driven conveyor 7a on which the leading case body 1 is placed runs independently to move the leading case body to the position of the retreated stop plate 12. 1 should be moved forward. During this time, the purpose of opening A is to move the case body 1, which is pushed one row at a time by the pushing plate 13, into the case body 1 in a vertical orientation.
This is to avoid the problem of collision caused by the protruding parts of the parts. Incidentally, the virtual line 12b of the stop plate 12
The advancing position shown by is operated when forming the width B between the loading examples of the case bodies 1 shown in FIG. 5B. In addition, 17 is shown in Figure 1 and Figure 5 A.
This is a restraining member that can freely move forward and backward, and can stop the leading box at a predetermined position before it is stopped by the restraining plate 12 when configuring an array symmetrical with the boxes of row 1B.

20 is a circulation table consisting of a roller conveyor, and this circulation table 20 is connected to the pushing plate 13.
The horizontal track portion 22 runs in the same direction as the pushing direction of
After passing through, it is constructed so that it can be reversed and returned to the original horizontal track section 22 by being installed on endless belt chains 25, 25 installed on the guide wheels 24, so that it can travel in circulation. Then, the circulation table 2
0 is configured so that when it is located on the horizontal track section 22, it can receive the case bodies 1 that are fed one row at a time by the pushing plate 13. Further, two circulation tables 20 are provided at symmetrical positions with respect to the circulation orbit. Therefore, by providing two circulation tables 20 and positioning them alternately on the horizontal track section 22, it is possible to speed up the transshipment work of the case bodies 1. Reference numeral 30 denotes an elevating table that is disposed below the circulation table 20 located on the horizontal track section 22 and has a mounting surface on which the pallet 2 can be placed. It is configured so that it can be lowered sequentially in accordance with the stacking height of one group of case bodies stacked one stage at a time on the pallet 2. still,
An elevating conveyor 34 having a running direction perpendicular to the circulating direction of the circulation table 20 is installed on the pallet mounting surface of the elevating table 30. This elevating conveyor 34 has a motor 35 with a brake.
It is brake-driven via. The pallet 2 placed on the elevating conveyor 34 is carried in and taken out effectively, which will be described later. 26 stops the movement of the case body 1 supplied and mounted on the circulation table 20 located on the horizontal track section 22, and when the case body 1 leaves the rear end of the circulation table 20 that is circulated. This is a stopping member arranged so that the pallet 2 can fall onto the lifting surface of the pallet 2. This restraining member 26 is designed to be able to change its restraining position, that is, its advancing position, in substantially the same way as the restraining plate 12, so that it functions when opening the space between one stage of case bodies 1 in the vertical direction, that is, in the circulation direction. It is configured to move freely forward and backward. moreover,
This restraining member 26 independently controls the position at which the case body group placed on the horizontal track portion 22 of the circulation table 20 is separated from the rear end of the circulation table 20 as the circulation table 20 travels. It is constituted by a plurality of restraining members 26, 26, 26 which are movable forward and backward and arranged corresponding to each row of cases to be restrained in the running direction of the circulation table 20 so as to be restrained in the traveling direction of the circulation table 20. For example, in the case of opening the width C in the vertical direction shown in FIGS. 1 and 5A, the operation will be explained based on FIGS. advance to the position of the imaginary line, and at this advance position rear case body 1
is circulated so as to be detached from the rear end of the circulation table 20, and at the same time as the rear case body 1 is detached, the stopping member 26 is retreated to the solid line position, and the front case body 1 is moved away from the rear end of the circulation table 20. If the front case body 1 is further circulated in order to disengage from the circulation table 20, the front case body 1 is in the retracted stopping position.
The case bodies 1 are separated from the case bodies 1 and dropped onto the lifting surface of the pallet 2, so that a width C is formed between the two case bodies 1 at the falling position. In the case of the loading example shown in FIG. 5B, since no vertical space is formed, it goes without saying that the stopping member 26 is not moved forward or backward. In addition, in FIG. 4C, the reference numeral 27 is
This is a pusher that can move forward and backward to slightly push the case body 1 dropped onto the pallet 2 from the rear and finely adjust the dropping position.
