[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a moisturizer for plant cultivation, which is used for cultivating plants, especially plants that prefer high temperature and humidity. [Prior Art] In recent years, as the number of people who have a hobby of cultivating and admiring ornamental plants has increased year by year, a wide variety of plants have come to be cultivated indoors, terraces, balconies, gardens, etc. of ordinary households. Among the cultivated plants, there are many types that are difficult to cultivate because they are not suitable for Japan's climate, such as temperature and humidity. In Japan, the air humidity is extremely high during the rainy season, but the air becomes extremely dry both indoors and outdoors during the summer, fall, and winter. Furthermore, with the recent spread of air conditioning equipment, the indoor atmosphere has come to be kept drier than the outside air. By the way, as is well known, light, moisture, fertilizer, etc. are important elements for plant growth, and satisfactory growth cannot be achieved without any of them. Particularly for ornamental plants, watering and how to control the humidity of the atmosphere in which the plants are placed or cultivated are said to be the most important and troublesome tasks in cultivating plants. With the exception of some plants that prefer dryness, such as cacti, many ornamental plants generally require cultivation under moderate humidity conditions, and controlling atmospheric humidity is an important issue when cultivating plants. It's summery. The following methods are known as conventional methods for maintaining atmospheric humidity. (1) Irrigation of the surface of the soil or pot soil where the plant is planted, watering the leaves of the plant, watering the area around the plant (pot), etc.; (2) Release of microscopic water droplets into the air. (3) Dip a towel-like cloth in water and hang it around the plant. [Problem to be solved by the invention] By the way, method (1) above is practically impossible for plants grown indoors, and moreover, it is impossible to maintain sufficient humidity continuously at all times with this method. I can't. In addition, method (2) above is not suitable for plants grown outdoors, and even when carried out indoors, the entire area becomes humid, which can have a negative impact on residents, furniture, and furnishings. Become. Furthermore, the above method (3) has problems in terms of operation, aesthetics, performance, etc. As described above, all of the above-mentioned methods that have been conventionally used to maintain the atmospheric humidity of plants have problems that need to be solved, and have not been widely put to practical use. Therefore, the present invention solves the above problems and can easily maintain high atmospheric humidity indoors, on terraces, balconies, gardens, pot storage areas, etc. It is also easy to handle and aesthetically pleasing. The purpose is to provide a moisturizer for plant cultivation. [Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the plant cultivation moisturizer according to the present invention includes an opening for adjusting the atmosphere,
A transparent cover formed to cover a plant, and a water-absorbing and water-retaining resin material attached to the transparent cover and immersed in water at one end to maintain the inside of the transparent cover at a higher humidity than the outside. It is characterized by having at least one moisturizing member. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the transparent cover may include a water receptacle in its lower portion for receiving one end of the moisturizing member. In this case, the transparent cover main body and the water receptacle in its lower part can be constructed integrally or removably from each other. The transparent cover may preferably be made of a molded body of transparent plastic material, and its shape may be cylindrical or cylindrical, depending on the outline of the target plant and the shape of the pot or planter in which the plant is planted.
It can be configured in any suitable shape, such as a polygonal cylinder shape, a dome shape with a circular cross section, or a dome shape with a rectangular cross section. Further, as an example of the material of the moisturizing member provided inside the transparent cover, a phenolic thermosetting resin (trade name: Univesque), which has excellent water absorption and water retention properties, can be cited. [Function] In the humidifier for plant cultivation according to the present invention, the moisturizing member made of a water-absorbing and water-retaining resin material evaporates water while sucking up water from the lower part thereof, and maintains the inside of the transparent cover at a higher humidity than the outside. It acts like this. The atmospheric humidity inside the transparent cover can be easily set to a level suitable for the target plant by appropriately selecting the cross-sectional area and number of water absorption parts of the moisturizing member provided inside the transparent cover. In addition, the transparent cover can ventilate the atmosphere inside the transparent cover and adjust the temperature through the atmosphere adjustment opening.In addition, the internal temperature decreases slightly due to the evaporation of moisture, making it possible to prevent high temperatures during high temperatures such as summer. It also protects plants from damage. [Embodiments] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is a cylindrical cover made of transparent plastic material;
Both ends thereof are open, and a ring-shaped water receptacle 2 for filling water is integrally formed inside the lower end. As shown in the figure, a large number of small holes 3 are bored in the circumferential wall of the cover 1 in its longitudinal direction. In addition, plate-shaped moisturizing members 4 made of a phenolic thermosetting resin with excellent water absorption and water retention properties are attached to the inside of the cover 1 by presser members 5. The lower part is cover 1
It extends into the water receptacle 2 through the upper opening of the ring-shaped water receptacle 2 integrally formed with the ring-shaped water receptacle 2 . A large number of small holes 3 formed in the peripheral wall of the cover 1
Together with the upper opening 6, it constitutes an atmosphere adjustment opening for adjusting the ventilation and temperature of the atmosphere inside the cover 1. A lid member 7, which may be made of the same material as the cover 1, is removably attached to the upper opening 6 of the cover 1. The illustrated moisturizer constructed in this way can be used, for example, by covering over a potted ornamental plant. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the lid member 7 may be provided with a small hole similar to the small hole 3 in the cover 1, if necessary. Further, a water supply port may be provided on the outside of the cover 1 to supply water to the ring-shaped water receptacle 2 formed integrally with the cover 1. In the illustrated moisturizer, the water receptacle 2 can be configured separately from the cover 1 and used in combination during use. In that case, the water receptacle can be replaced with a conventional pot holder or the like. It is also possible.
Alternatively, the lower end of the cover 1 or the entire water receptacle may be configured with a bottom so that the cover 1 itself or the water receptacle serves as a pot holder. Furthermore, each moisturizing member 4 can be formed into a string shape instead of a plate shape, or a coarse net shape if it does not interfere with the viewing, and each moisturizing member 4 can be formed on the lid member 7 instead of on the inner wall of the covering body 1. It is also possible to hang it. 2 and 3 show a variant embodiment of the invention, in which the cover 8 made of transparent plastic material has a rectangular dome shape;
The rest of the structure is substantially the same as that shown in FIG. is provided with a large number of small holes 10 forming openings for adjusting the atmosphere, and the inner wall of the cover 8 is provided with a first hole.
A band-shaped moisturizing member 11 made of the same material as the moisturizing member in the figure is attached. In the case of this modified embodiment, it is of course possible to modify and change each part similarly to the embodiment shown in FIG. Next, an experimental example conducted using the moisturizer shown in FIG. 1 will be described. Experimental Example 1 Pilea was cultivated in a summer office (while air conditioning was in use) using a humidifier according to the present invention. Table 1 shows the measured values of temperature and humidity inside and outside the humidifier in that case. The upper lid member was left completely open, and four moisturizing members were used. Although Table 1 shows only the measured values over three days, in reality Pilea was cultivated continuously under the same conditions using the moisturizer according to the present invention. As a result, compared to the case where the moisturizer according to the present invention was not used, the Pilea continued to grow extremely well.

[Table] As can be seen from Table 1, by using this humidifier, the internal atmosphere surrounding the plants can be maintained at a lower temperature and higher humidity than the outside air. Experimental Example 2 Adiantum was cultivated in a humidifier according to the present invention on the terrace of a summer housing complex. Table 2 shows the measured values of temperature and humidity inside and outside the humidifier in that case. In this case as well, the upper lid member was left completely open, and four moisturizing members were used. Although Table 2 shows the measured values for only one day, Adiantum was actually cultivated continuously under the same conditions using the moisturizer according to the present invention.
As a result, good growth of Adiantum was observed.

As explained above, the humidifier for plant cultivation according to the present invention can be advantageously used in the cultivation management of plants that prefer to be cultivated under humid conditions, such as Western orchids and Western orchids, and can provide a good cultivation environment. It can be easily maintained continuously without much effort, and it also has the effect of maintaining the humidity in the air surrounding the plants and regulating the temperature during overly dry or hot seasons. Furthermore, the plant cultivation moisturizer according to the present invention can be manufactured at a relatively low cost due to its structure, and can be easily combined with existing pots, planters, etc., and is particularly suitable for use with ornamental plants. Even in such cases, it not only does not interfere with the original purpose of admiring plants, but also has the additional effect of preventing dust from adhering to the leaves and stems of plants. Furthermore, the moisturizer of the present invention can be used both indoors and outdoors, and can be used, for example, for growing cuttings that require long-term moisturization and temperature control.
