2本構造から単一のフレーム部材で構成される1本構造
になるが、このフレーム部材は中間仕切り壁を有する横
断面形状を持つので部材としての強度・剛性が強化され
ており、機体フレームとして必要となる強度・剛性を維
持することが可能である。そして、組付においては、2
本のフレーム部材をして取付ける場合より、1本のフレ
ーム部材をして取付ける場合の方が精度・工数的に有利
なものに設定し易い。

る。この田植機ではエンジン1の動力を、伝動軸10を
介して先ずリヤーミッション5に入力し、次いで前輪駆
動軸11を介してフロントミッション6に入力する構成
である。フロントミッション6を内装するフロントケー
ス12は機体フレーム4の前部の下側で支持してあると
ともに、リヤーミッション5を内装するリヤーケース1
3は、図4に示すように中央の後車軸ケース13aと左
右のフランジケース13b,13bとを連結一体化して
成り、オーバーハング形状の左右のフランジケース13
bどうしを、後車軸ケース13aにボルト止めされる山
形の補強ステー14で連結してある。次に、機体フレー

ーム本体4bは、その横断面形状が中間の縦仕切り壁1

状を呈する単一の部材で構成され、右側の空間部16に
伝動軸10を配設するとともに、左側の空間部17にワ
イヤーハーネス18を配設してある。中間の縦仕切り壁
15は上下方向の曲げに対する強度・剛性を補強するよ
うに作用する。フレーム本体4bの構造としては、図5
(イ)に示すように縦仕切り壁15を予め溶着した底板
19に蓋状の上板20を被せ、上板20と縦仕切り壁1
5及び底板19とを夫々溶着して成るフランジ板金型
や、図5(ロ)に示すように予め角パイプ状に形成され
た基部材21に横向きコ字状の側部材22を付き当てて
溶着して成る複合型、図5(ハ)に示す横に長い断面形
状の角パイプ23に縦仕切り壁15を溶着してなるパイ
プ型、あるいは、押し出し成形による一体構造のもの等
各種のものが考えられる。さらには、図5(ニ)に示す
ような横向き「H」型の横断面形状を持つフレーム本体
4bでも良い。また、図示しないが縦向きの「日」の字
状横断面を呈するものでも良く、この場合では中間の仕
切り壁は横方向の曲げに対する強度・剛性を補強するよ
うになる。
