Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a pressing tool for adhesive sheets, which can press an adhesive sheet and a body on which the adhesive sheet is attached while opening holes, and at the same time, removing air bubbles. CONSTITUTION:A pressing tool 1 presses an adhesive sheet 2 and a body 3 on which this adhesive sheet 2 is attached, while removing air bubbles 4 which are generated between those two parts. A plurality of needles 11 are vertically provided on a base plate 14 with the tips facing outward, and at the same time, an elastic body which has a longer thickness than the length of the needles 11 is provided in such a manner that the needles 11 are wrapped by the elastic body 12.

Conventionally, when removing such bubbles, a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet is pressure-bonded from around the bubbles to increase the internal pressure of the bubbles, and then a small hole such as a cutter is provided with a sharp tip. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet and the adherend were pressure-bonded to each other by pushing out air from this hole. At this time, crimping was performed with a fingertip or the like.

However, when the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet and the adherend are pressure-bonded by punching holes in the air bubbles and pushing out air from the holes as in the above-mentioned conventional method, the punching and the pressure-bonding are separately performed. Therefore, depending on the direction in which a hole is formed or the direction in which pressure is applied, inconvenience may occur in that air cannot completely escape.

The internal pressure of the bubbles is increased by compressing the bubbles generated between the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet and the adherend on which the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is adhered by the elastic body. At the same time, the elastic body is compressed, the needle wrapped inside the elastic body pierces the air bubble, and a hole is made in the air bubble. At this time, since an elastic body that is compressed so as to wrap the needle is provided around the needle, the air inside escapes from this hole, and the adhesive sheet presses the adhesive sheet onto the adherend. The Rukoto. After the degassing operation, the needle is wrapped in the elastic body.

That is, the pressure-bonding jig 1 is configured to pressure-bond both the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 2 and the adherend 3 to which the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 2 is adhered while removing bubbles 4 generated from the adherend. In the jig, a disk-shaped substrate 14 is provided at the tip of the handle 13 of the jig body 10, and a plurality of needles 11 are vertically provided on one surface of the substrate 14.

The needle 11 is provided in the central portion of the substrate 14 from 2 to 2.

The bristles 12 are planted on the entire surface of the substrate 14 so as to wrap the needle 11. The length of the hair 12 is, for example, 20 mm when the length of the needle 11 is 17 to 18 mm.
Therefore, it must be surely longer than the length of the needle 11. Further, the bristles 12 must be elastic bodies having elasticity. Therefore, the type of the hair 12 is not particularly limited, such as synthetic resin and animal hair, but it is preferable to use synthetic resin having strong elasticity.

In the method of using the pressure-bonding jig 1 thus constructed, first, the hairs 12 are provided on the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 2 so as to cover the bubbles 4 generated between the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 2 and the adherend 3. Press. Then, the bristles 12 are pressed and the internal pressure of the bubbles 4 is increased. At the same time, the hair 12 is elastically deformed, the needle 11 wrapped inside the hair 12 pierces the bubble 4, and a hole is made in the bubble 4 (see FIG. 3B). Then, the elastic force of the bristles 12 acts so as to extract the internal air from this hole, and the air extracted by this acts as
It goes out through the gap between the bristles 12. At the same time, the bristles 12 press the adhesive sheet 2 onto the adherend 3.

That is, in this crimping jig 1, the bristles 12, which are the elastic body of the first embodiment, are formed by the foamed body 15 made of synthetic resin. Here, only the differences from the first embodiment will be described, and the other description will be omitted. The same members as those in the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals.

The foam 15 is attached to the entire surface of the substrate 14 so as to enclose the needle 11. The thickness of the foam 15 is preferably about 15 to 25 mm. However, it is preferable to set the thickness to about 3/2 of the length of the needle 11, and it must be surely made thicker than the length of the needle 11. If the thickness is 3/2 or less, the foam 15 cannot sufficiently compress the bubbles 4. If the thickness is 3/2 or more, it becomes difficult to make a hole in the bubble 4 by the needle 11 inside the foam 15. The type of the foam 15 is not particularly limited, but a foam such as polyurethane, polyethylene, or vinyl chloride, or a material having elasticity such as a rubber material can be used. However, the hardness of the foam 15 is JIS-K6.
It is preferable that the measured value of the C-type hardness meter (rubber, plastic) by the vulcanized rubber physical test method 301 is 10 to 35 °. Further, the foam body 15 is designed so that the air in the compressed bubbles 4 escapes to the outside through the foam body 15.
It is preferable to use open cells. Alternatively, it is preferable that the pressing surface of the foam 15 is provided with irregularities, or a woven fabric, a non-woven fabric, or the like is attached so that air can be easily extracted.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to make a hole in the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet that forms air bubbles, and remove the internal air from the hole, and at the same time, pressure-bond the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet to the adherend. Bubbles generated between the adhesive sheet and the adherend can be easily removed.
