基板に重ねた後、この基板から前記可撓性フィルムを剥
離して前記流動性樹脂を前記基板に転写するプリントヘ
ッドの製造方法において、前記可撓性フィルムを前記基
板に重ね、前記可撓性フィルムの端部を把持する把持部
をその表面に有するローラー部材を前記把持部を前記可
撓性フィルムの端部に接触するように配置して把持さ
せ、ついで前記ローラー部材を前記基板に重ねられた可
撓性フィルム上を接触を保ちつつ回転させて順次前記可
撓性フィルムを前記基板から剥離することを特徴とする
