Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a winding method for solving such a problem that the value of a commodity is lowered due to a step mark on a sheet-like object, which is caused by fixing the winding-start end side of the sheet-like object throughout its whole width to the peripheral surface of a cardboard tube or the like with an adhesive tape, when a sheet-like object such as a synthetic resin sheet is wound around a cylindrical body such as a cardboard tube. CONSTITUTION:A sheet-like object 3 is wound around a cylindrical body 1 by fixing only a part of the winding-start end side 3a of the sheet-like object 3 to the peripheral surface 2 of the cylindrical body 1 with an adhesive tape 4. In this case, the winding-start end side 3a of the sheet-like object 3 is formed obliquely from one side 3b along the longitudinal direction of the sheet-like object toward the other side 3c, or the winding-start end side 3a is cut obliquely in the direction of its thickness, whereby the winding effect can be improved.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION As a product in which a long sheet-like material is wound around the peripheral surface of a tubular body such as a paper tube, for example, a raw material (paper, Known are plastic films, metal foils, etc.), wrap films used at home, and aluminum foils. When manufacturing these products, when fixing a sheet-like object to a paper tube or the like, conventionally it is common to fix the winding start edge of the sheet-like object to the peripheral surface of the paper tube or the like with adhesive tape over the entire width. Method. However, in this method, a step due to the adhesive tape is generated over the entire width of the winding start end side of the sheet-like material, and a step mark is formed about several turns from the winding start of the sheet part that is overlapped and wound on this step part, In some cases, the part with the step mark cannot be used as a defective part. This problem is particularly likely to occur in a sheet-like material having a small thickness and easy to be wound, and when the sheet-like material has a winding tightness, several tens to several hundreds of meters from the winding start end part
There was a problem that the step marks were left on the top and the yield was greatly reduced.

That is, a method of winding a sheet-like object around a tubular body according to the present invention includes a winding start end of the sheet-like article when the sheet-like article is wound around the peripheral surface of the tubular body. It is characterized in that a part of the side is adhered to the peripheral surface of the tubular body with an adhesive tape to fix the sheet-like article on the tubular body and to be wound. In the present invention, the winding start end side of the sheet-like material is preferably formed obliquely from one side along the winding direction of the sheet-like material toward the other side, and the winding start of the sheet-like material further It is preferable that the end sides are formed obliquely in the thickness direction of the sheet material so that the thickness increases in the winding direction of the sheet material. In addition, in the method of the present invention, the sheet-shaped material is 8 to 30.
It is particularly effective in the case of a vinyl chloride sheet having a thickness of 0.05 to 0.50 mm containing a plasticizer by weight.

In the present invention, it is possible to use the sheet-like material 3 having a thickness of about 0.03 to 1.0 mm, and when the sheet-like material 3 is wound around the tubular body 1. Although the method of the present invention is effective for preventing the transfer of the step marks, the step marks are particularly apt to be formed when wound around the tubular body 1 because they are thin and have an adhesive property such as polyvinyl chloride. The method of the present invention exerts a particularly excellent effect on a polyvinyl chloride sheet having a thickness of 0.05 to 0.50 mm, which is a sheet material and contains 8 to 30% by weight of a plasticizer.

The portion where the sheet-like material 3 is fixed to the peripheral surface 2 of the tubular body 1 by the adhesive tape 4 is arbitrary as long as it is a part of the winding start end side 3a of the sheet-like material 3, but the sheet-like material 3 Of the adhesive tape 4 such that the edge of one of the sides 3b and 3c along the winding direction of the tape and the edge of the adhesive tape 4 are aligned with each other.
Or the edge of the adhesive tape 4 is attached to the side 3b (or 3
It is preferable that the adhesive layer is attached so as to project outward from the edge of c). As the adhesive tape 4, a usual adhesive tape can be used, but a thickness of 50 μm or less is preferable. The adhesive tape 4 preferably has a width of 10 to 30 mm.

In the method of the present invention, the winding start end side 3a of the sheet-like material 3 is slanted from one side 3b along the winding direction of the sheet-like material 1 toward the other side 3c as shown in FIG. It is preferable to cut and form. The extent to which the winding start end side 3a of the sheet-like material 3 is formed obliquely is the side 3b.
It is preferable that the difference L in length between the side and the side 3c is equal to or shorter than the length of the circumference of the tubular body 1. Further, the winding start end side 3a of the sheet-like material 3 is cut obliquely in the thickness direction of the sheet-like material 3 so that the thickness increases in the winding direction of the sheet-like material 3 as shown in FIG. It is preferable. The cutting angle θ may be 90 degrees or less, but is particularly preferably 45 degrees or less.

As described above, in the method of the present invention, since only a part of the winding start end side of the sheet-like material is fixed to the peripheral surface of the cylindrical body with the adhesive tape, a step due to the adhesive tape is formed into a sheet-like shape. There is no risk of step marks over the entire width of the product, and the tension applied when the sheet material is wound is applied only to the part of the winding start edge that is fixed with adhesive tape, and the winding start edge is fixed. Since the free portion which is not open relieves the tension, it is possible to alleviate the coiling phenomenon and prevent the formation of a large step mark. Further, if the winding start end side of the sheet-like material is formed obliquely from one side along the winding direction of the sheet-like material toward the other side, this mitigating effect is further enhanced. Further, cutting the sheet material at the winding start edge side obliquely in the thickness direction of the sheet material so that the thickness increases in the winding direction of the sheet material can reduce the step at the winding start edge side. Can
It is much more effective.
