のリブと、同リブのウエアれんが積み側に同リブ
と略平行に取付けられたガイド棒と、同ガイド棒
にガイド棒とは直角に取付けられた支持棒とを有
し、同支持棒は前記永久れんが積み部分の内側に
積み上げられる各ウエアれんがをそれぞれ係止支
持してなるもので、炉の外殻すなわち炉の鉄皮に
固定された支持機構のれんがの形状を基本的に変
えることなく、れんがの脱落防止を図つたもので
ある。

穴3に挿入された引つ掛け金具4のリング内に通
し溶接固定されている。7は永久れんが積み部分
Aを形成するためのれんがの中、前記リブ1に当
接するれんがを示し、それぞれ、リブ1側で且つ
ウエアれんが積み部分B側に引つ掛け金具4を避
けて切欠き8が設けられている。永久れんが積み
部分Aの構築に際しては、上記引つ掛け金具4が
永久れんがのずれを防止するための係止機能を有
し、さらに第3図に示す支持棒6によつて永久れ
んが積み部分Aを鉄皮2に沿つて固定する。
