Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a rectangular coil by a winding frame which can be manufacturing by a smaller number of molds or only by machining. CONSTITUTION:Divided cylinders 8 formed by dividing a cylinder with a collar into four segments are disposed along positions to become inner surfaces of four corners of a rectangular winding. Further, a flat plate 9 is disposed along a position to become an inner surface of a linear part of the winding. The plate 9 and the cylinder 8 are connected by adhesive to form a bobbin 10 of a rounded square shape. A conductor winding 11 is wound in a rectangular shape along the bobbin 10 to form the rectangular coil.

き枠は金型による一体注型又は角管部2とつば部3との
接着によって製作される。図6は図5の巻き枠1を用い
て製作された矩形巻線の断面図であり、巻き枠1に沿っ
て巻線導体3が巻回されている。図6の矩形巻線はこの
状態のまま矩形状の中空部4に鉄心を挿入して使用され
たり、あるいは、さらに金型に収容され樹脂モールド巻
線に成型される。
