[Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention] Conventionally, panel-type doors such as overhead-type doors, as shown in FIG. These panels 2 are constructed by freely connecting them.
The cross-sectional shape of the upper and lower connecting parts is a so-called mutually parallel shape in which a recessed groove and a step 2a of a convex part are provided,
There was no gap between the panels when they were closed. For this reason, it is not a problem when raising the door, but when lowering it, if you fall down and put your finger on the step 2a,
When the door was closed, the distance between the connecting parts became narrow, and it was often the case that fingers were caught, which was extremely dangerous.

[Means for solving the problem] In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention was devised for the purpose of providing a structure for preventing finger jamming in a panel door that can eliminate these drawbacks. In a panel type door in which upper and lower panels are pivotally connected to each other by a support shaft, among the opposing upper and lower edges of both panels, the upper end of the outdoor side panel of the lower panel is While forming an arc-shaped extended surface portion approximately centered on the support shaft and extending from the panel outdoor side panel upward toward the indoor side without a step, the lower end edge of the outdoor side panel of the upper panel is connected to the The lower end edge of the lower extension face plate and the lower panel facing the upper extension face plate should be closely opposed to the arcuate surface of the upper extension face part until both the upper and lower panels swing from the folded state to the flush state. This feature is characterized in that the outdoor side surface is constructed so that there is no part that changes in the facing distance between the two sides.

[Example] Next, an example of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. In the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes an overhead door, and the door 1 is constructed by connecting a plurality of wide panels 8 so as to be swingable by a connecting means to be described later. Both end edges of the panel 8 are covered with a vertical stile 6, and a middle stile 7 for reinforcement is fixed at an appropriate interval in the middle. Reference numeral 4 denotes guide rails installed on both sides of the building opening, and the guide rails 4 guide the door 1 in vertical and horizontal directions. Reference numeral 5 denotes a hoisting device that moves the door 1 up and down by hoisting and unwinding the rope 5a. The panel 8 has groove engaging portions 9 and 10 formed at its upper and lower edges, each having a substantially arcuate outer diameter cross section.

Furthermore, an engagement piece 9a is installed in the upper groove engagement part 9 of the panel 8 to which the vertical stile 6 and the middle stile 7 are fixed, and an engagement piece 9a is installed in the lower groove engagement part 10. 1
0a is provided in such a manner that it projects downward. The engaging pieces 9a and 10a include an engaging piece 10.
When the panel 8 is assembled with the hole 9a inserted into the insertion groove 9d formed in the upper groove engagement part 9, holes 9b and 10b are bored so as to be concentric with each other, and the engagement support shaft 11 is inserted into the insertion groove 9d. Holes 9b, 1 that are concentric from the side
Adjacent panels 8, 8 can be vertically connected and assembled by fitting the shaft into the shaft 0b, and the panels 8 assembled in this way can swing around the support shaft 11. I'm starting to be able to do it.

Moreover, the outer circumferential surface 9c of the upper groove engaging portion 9
extends from the inner and outer surfaces of the panel 8 without any steps, and forms an arcuate surface whose radius is approximately the distance between the support shaft 11 and the outer surface of the panel. The lower end edge 10c of the lower groove engaging part 10, which faces the upper groove engaging part 9, is curved and extended in an arc from the inner and outer surfaces of the panel 8, and the tip edge is connected to the arcuate outer circumferential surface. When the adjacent panels are close enough to each other so as not to touch each other, the tip edge of the extension of the upper panel changes to a space opposite to the arcuate outer circumferential surface of the lower panel when the adjacent panels are in a flush position to the maximum swinging position. It is set so that they always face each other in close proximity without any.

In the embodiment of the present invention constructed as described above, the overhead door 1 opens and closes up and down while being guided by the guide rail 4, but in this case, the gap between the joints of the panels 8 is opened. There is no need to worry.

That is, in the present invention, the panels 8 are swung around the internal locking shaft 11 as a fulcrum,
Moreover, both the engaging parts 9 and 10 have an outer circumferential surface 9c on the lower panel 8 side that is formed such that the lower end edge 10c on the upper panel 8 side is approximately centered on the support shaft 11 and has no step.
Since the upper and lower panels 8 are always displaced in a close state where they are almost in contact with the There are almost no parts that change, so there is no change in the gap at the connection part with the lower panel 8, and it remains almost constant in a narrow state where no fingers can fit in, making it possible to prevent fingers from entering as in the past. Safety will be improved since the panel will not be caught between the panels.

FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment, in which the overhead door 1 is
Focusing on the fact that the panels 8 only need to swing in one direction, the upper and lower edges of the panels 8 are provided with arc-shaped groove engagement parts only on the front side (one side) of the panels. can be expected to have the same effects, but
Furthermore, by doing so, the weight of the member can be reduced.

It should be noted that the present invention is of course not limited to the above embodiments, but the connection of both the upper and lower panels is as follows:
Rather than inserting a long support shaft from the side as in the embodiment, the upper and lower engagement pieces may be connected to each other via short shafts in the vertical stile and middle stile portions, and one engagement piece may be provided with a pivot. A supporting pin may be provided in a protruding manner, and the pin may be inserted into and engaged with the other engagement piece by relative lateral movement of the panel.

[Operations and Effects] In summary, the present invention is constructed as described above, so that when a panel door is bent and opened/closed, the upper and lower adjacent panels that swing around the support shaft are able to At the top edge of the panel,
An arc-shaped extension surface approximately centered on the pivot axis of the panels is formed without a step from the outdoor side surface of the panel, and the outdoor lower end edge of the upper panel closely opposes this extension surface. Even if both the upper and lower panels oscillate about the pivot axis, there is almost no change in the distance between the extension surface of the lower panel and the lower edge of the upper panel, and as a result, the upper and lower panels oscillate relative to each other. No matter what position it takes, the gap between the lower edge of the upper panel and the arcuate extended surface of the lower panel that faces it remains narrow with almost no change. As a result, the joint between the lower panel and the upper panel will be kept in a narrow and safe state where fingers cannot enter, and fingers will not be caught between the panels as in the past. , which will significantly improve operational safety.
