Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure sound-shielding and absorbing effects of double floors as well as make the construction of simple structure floors easier by a method in which many projections of a specific elastic material are provided in a given areal ratio to the bottom. CONSTITUTION:Support legs 4 are attached to five places of a double floor panel, where the legs 4 are fixed by screws through a adjuster metal to screw metals buried in a particle board. Many projections 2 composed of an elastic rubber of a hardness of 50-80, having a height of 1.0mm or more and an areal ratio of 5-50% (on the basis of the bottom side of the projection 2) are provided to the bottom. In this case, the insert hole of the leg 4 is of a two-stage structure having a larger diameter upper stage and a smaller diameter lower stage, making the coming-out of the leg impossible. Also, even the top portion is provided with recessions 3 to raise sound-shielding and absorbing effects of the double floor.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there are two types of double-floor support legs that are integrated with a floor member, or one type in which one to four floor members are placed on one support leg. A rubber pedestal is used in the lower part of the support leg for the purpose of vibration and sound insulation. All of this rubber pedestal has a flat bottom, and its vibration and soundproofing performance is not yet satisfactory.

According to the present invention, in a pedestal for double-floor support legs, a large number of convex portions are provided on the bottom, and the ratio of the area of the convex portions to the area of the bottom is 5 to 50%, preferably 5 to 30%. Particularly preferably 5 to 20%, the height of the convex portion is 1.0 mm or more, preferably 1.5 mm or more, and the rubber hardness is 50 to 80, preferably 5 having a supporting leg insertion hole in the center of the pedestal.
The present invention relates to a pedestal for double floor support legs, which is made of an elastic body of 5 to 70.

The support leg insertion hole preferably has a two-step structure in which the diameter of the upper step is large and the diameter of the lower step is small. If the structure is such that the support legs with a large diameter reach the lower part of the pedestal in one step, the cushioning effect, sound insulation, and sound deadening effect will be reduced, and if the insertion part is shallow, the support legs will easily come off. With the two-stage structure, the cushioning effect, sound insulation, and sound deadening effect are not lost, and the structure is hard to come off. Moreover, it is preferable to form not only the bottom portion but also the top portion. As a result, it is possible to exert further sound insulation and sound deadening effects.

When the area of the convex portion at the bottom is out of the range of 5 to 50%, the effect of sound insulation and silencing due to the provision of the unevenness is considerably reduced. The optimum ratio is determined in consideration of the rubber hardness. The rubber hardness is measured by a spring type hardness test A type of JIS K-6386. If the rubber hardness is 50 or less, it is too soft, and if it is 80 or more, it is too hard, and neither of them can sufficiently exert the effect of unevenness. However, the preferable range is 55 to 70.

The shape of the pedestal may be a cylinder, a prism, or any other shape. Further, the shape of the bottom convex portion may be a cylinder, a prism, or any other shape, for example, the shape of the top portion as in the first embodiment. The uneven shape of the top is essentially the same as the bottom.

Example 2 A pedestal of the present invention having the same structure as that of Example 1 and having unevenness on the upper and lower sides was compared with a control pedestal having the same size but the upper and lower sides being flat. The comparative test method was in accordance with JIS A-1418. The results are shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. According to FIG. 5 showing the case of the pedestal of the present invention, in the case of lightweight impact (solid line), L-5
It goes below the line of 0 (fine dotted line), L-50
It indicates that you will pass. In the case of heavy impact (dashed line), the line is below the line L-55 (dotted line), indicating that the product passes L-55. On the other hand, in the case of the control pedestal of FIG. 6, as shown in FIG. 6, even in the case of a light impact (solid line), the line of L-50 (rough dotted line)
It shows that only L-55 can pass, and in the case of weight impact (dotted line), it exceeds the line (long dotted line) of L-55 and passes L-55. No, it shows that the level is L-60. The results are shown in Table 2.
