Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the contact area of a leg and floor slab, and reduce the impact sound of a floor by providing a plurality of projections on the lower surface of the bottom plate part of a base supporting a placement floor panel with a support rod set up at the top board and formed of an elastic substance. SOLUTION: The leg 1 is formed of an elastic substance, and is constituted of a base 5 configured by interposing an inverted U-shaped part 4 between the bottom plate 2 and a top board 3, and a support rod 6. For such an elastic substance, there are used natural rubber, butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, or the like. The support rod 6 is threaded to be screwed with a flanged nut member 8 at its upper end part, and further supports a receiving plate 9 adjustably in height in order to support a placement panel 13. Projections 7 are provided at four places on the lower surface of the bottom plate 2 to be formed spaced apart from the floor slab 11. Configurations of the projections 7 are made cylindrical, inverted truncated conical, and spherical shape, and they are preferably provided at four corners of the peripheral part on the lower surface of the bottom plate 2. In this way, a contact area is reduced between the leg and the floor slab, so that a sound insulation property can be improved with respect to a heavy floor impact sound and light floor impact sound.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 8, a floor panel 13 is arranged on a floor slab 11 made of concrete or the like via a pillar 12, and a soundproofing excellent in vibration suppression and sound insulation is provided thereon. A double-floor flooring structure in which a base material 14 such as a material or a discarded plywood and a finishing material 15 such as a flooring and a carpet are further disposed thereon is known. Such a floor placement structure is provided to reduce floor impact noise. The pillar 12 is formed as a hollow portion 16 penetrating the center portion in the lateral direction, and a support bolt 18 is erected on the upper surface of a rubber pedestal 17 having a substantially trapezoidal cross section for the purpose of vibration and sound insulation. In order to reduce the above-mentioned floor impact sound, it is necessary to simultaneously lower the impact sound level for two types of light floor impact sound and heavy floor impact sound. In the case of the above-mentioned pedestal 12, if the pedestal 12 is installed by sandwiching the base material 14 between the finishing material 15 and the floor panel 13, when receiving impact energy from the finishing material 15, elastic deformation of both sides of the pedestal 17 is performed. To reduce the impact and transmit it to the floor slab 11, so that, for example, the level of a heavy floor impact sound generated when a person jumps can be considerably reduced. For example, when an object falls on the floor, As for the lightweight floor impact sound generated during walking, the pillar 12 did not act very effectively. The finishing material 15 and the floor panel 13

When the base material 2 is installed, the base material 14 absorbs the impact energy from the finishing material 15 to some extent, so that the sound insulation performance is improved. Regarding the impact class regarding the impact sound level, both the heavy floor impact sound and the lightweight floor impact sound were of the second class. That is, as shown in Table 2, there may be a problem in the sound insulation performance. There was a problem that it could not be said.

In the case of a floor-standing structure to which the pillar 1A is applied, Table 3
As shown in the figure, L-53 for heavy floor impact sound and L-46 for lightweight floor impact sound. According to the sound insulation grade of floor impact sound level by the Architectural Institute of Japan, 2 floors for heavy floor impact sound in apartment houses and hotels. Class and light weight floor impact sound, which is the first level, which means that the sound insulation class is improved by one rank in light weight floor impact sound as compared with the above-described conventional floor placement structure. In addition, in the case of the floor-standing structure to which the pillar 1B is applied, as shown in Table 3, L-50 for heavy floor impact sound and L-43 for lightweight floor impact sound, and sound insulation at the floor impact sound level by the Architectural Institute of Japan. According to the class, it is the first class for heavy floor impact sound and the first class for lightweight floor impact sound in apartment buildings and hotels. This also means that the sound insulation class has been improved by one rank.

[Table 3] In Table 3, I is a conventional pillar 12, II is a base material 14 made of a conventional pillar 12 and a soundproof material, III is a base material 14 made of a pillar 1A and a soundproof material, and IV is a pillar 1B and a soundproof material. 3 shows the sound insulation characteristics of the floor-standing structure to which each of the base materials 14 made of is applied. In addition, LL indicates a light floor impact sound, and LH indicates a heavy floor impact sound. FIG. 6 shows the test results described above. FIG. 7 shows a reaction force curve of the pillar 1A and the pillar 1B.
The reaction force curve of (1) was initially bent in a substantially rectangular shape, and a stable spring constant was not obtained.

This means that the bottom plate 2 is separated from the floor slab 11 and the contact area between the pillars 1A and 1B and the floor slab 11 is reduced, as described above. It is considered that the absorption of elastic energy due to the deformation of the material greatly acts. Of course, a part of the impact energy is absorbed by the deformation of the bottom plate 2, but the influence of the inverted U-shaped part 4 is considered to be great, and the pillar 1 </ b> B
In this case, the bent portion of the inverted U-shaped portion 4 is large and the bent portion of the bottom plate portion 2 is small, while the bent portion of the inverted U-shaped portion 4 is small and the bent portion of the bottom plate portion 2 is large in the pillar 1A.
For this reason, the pillar 1B generally has better sound insulation characteristics than the pillar 1A.

As is apparent from the above description, according to the first invention, an inverted U-shaped portion is formed between a bottom plate portion and a top plate portion which are made of an elastic material and are parallel to each other. In a pillar having a floor-standing structure including a pedestal and a support member erected on the top plate, a plurality of protrusions are provided on a lower surface of the bottom plate. For this reason, the bottom plate part is separated from the floor slab, the contact area between the pillar and the floor slab is reduced, and it is possible to improve the sound insulation properties of the floor placement structure, particularly the sound insulation properties against light floor impact sounds. .

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the projection according to the first aspect of the invention is provided on a peripheral portion of a lower surface of the bottom plate. For this reason, there is an effect that not only the sound insulation property against the light floor impact sound but also the sound insulation property against the heavy floor impact sound is similarly improved.
