Abstract

PURPOSE:To suppress the capillarity between upper and lower roof tiles at the time of lap tiling of the roof tiles by forming ruggedness on decorative coated surfaces at the time of applying a decorative coating on the flat plate roof tiles. CONSTITUTION:After the roof tiles 1 are subjected to primary aging to cure, the roof tiles are subjected to primer coating and are then subjected to finish coating after aging in an autoclave. Sands 3 to 3 such as colored silica sands are sprayed on the coated surfaces to impart the ruggedness to the coated surface before the coating material 2 applied on the tiles cures.

2. Description of the Related Art A flat roof tile made of an inorganic raw material such as cement has a ground color of gray or dark gray and lacks appearance and is absorptive. For example, an inorganic raw material is extruded, and the roof tile that is pressed into a tile shape of a predetermined shape is primary cured and then cured, then undercoated and then overcoated after autoclave curing. A manufacturing method is adopted to increase weather resistance.

[Problems of the prior art] However, in the conventional painting for flat roof tiles, the roof tiles are passed through the paint that is being cast down in a waterfall shape, and excess paint is removed from the roof tile surface by air pressure. The flow-coater method is adopted, and the surface of the roof tiles painted by this is smooth, and when the roof is roofed with the roof tiles, the roof tiles above and below the roof tiles are in close contact with each other at the overlapping roof tiles, and the capillary phenomenon However, there is a drawback that it is difficult to avoid the intrusion of rainwater.

That is, a method for coating a roof tile according to the present invention is a method for coating an inorganic roof tile, in which the surface of the roof tile is coated with sand before the coating paint hardens. It is characterized in that the coated surface is provided with unevenness by being sprayed on.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. That is, the method for coating a roof tile according to the present invention is that an inorganic raw material such as cement is extruded to form an original plate, and the original plate is pressed into a tile shape having a predetermined shape to perform primary curing of the roof tile 1. After curing, undercoating is applied, and then overcoating is applied after autoclave curing.
As shown in FIG. 3, sand 3 to 3 such as colored silica sand is sprayed on the coated surface before the coated coating material 2 is cured, so that the coated surface 4 is made uneven.

According to the above method, since the decorative surface 4 of the manufactured roof tile 1 becomes uneven, when the roof tile 1 is piled up and roofed, the roof tiles 1 and 1 shown in FIG. As described above, the gap S is generated, the occurrence of the capillary phenomenon is suppressed, and the water climbing length between the upper and lower roof tiles 1 and 1 is shortened. FIG. 4 shows a water climbing test of the roof tile 1, in which the conventional roof tile having a smooth decorative surface and the roof tile according to the present invention are used as the roof tile A as a specimen, and The front and back of each other were aligned and fixed with a wire B, the lower end was immersed in water D in a container C, and the length of water climbing between the roof tiles was measured. According to this, the maximum climbing length and the average climbing length of conventional roof tiles are 22 mm and 13
mm, which was 33 mm and 16 mm in 5 hours of immersion,
In the case of the roof tile obtained according to the present invention, 20 hours after soaking for 3 hours
mm, 10 mm, and 19 mm, 10 mm after 5 hours of immersion, it was found that a remarkable effect is exerted in suppressing the climbing length.
