Conventionally, in injection molding or press molding, the surface of a mold or a press platen has been treated in advance with a mold release agent for spraying such as silicone oil or fluorine oil to keep the releasability of resin. In extrusion molding, the friction resistance with the die surface has been reduced by selectively adding a lubricant to the resin.

However, in the former method using a releasing agent such as silicone oil or fluorine oil, the adhesion amount becomes uneven, which causes a gloss mark on the product surface or a flow mark due to slippage. In the extrusion molding of the added resin, a film was formed by a lubricant on the plate-out or the metal surface, often resulting in poor gloss and poor shape due to uneven flow.

A composition containing less than 35 parts by weight of a plasticizer per 100 parts by weight of a vinyl chloride resin and containing the above-mentioned amount of silicone oil causes poor melting during injection molding. Further, when the amount of the vinyl chloride resin and the plasticizer is less than 0.2 parts by weight in the above amount ratio, there is no release effect, and when the amount of the same addition exceeds 3 parts by weight, the composition is out of the composition. This may cause bleeding to the surface and make the molding impossible due to slippage, or the material may slip and mark during injection molding.
