2. Description of the Related Art As is well known, a large amount of air is taken into an aircraft or high-speed vehicle for ventilation and air conditioning, and is exhausted to the outside. The intake and exhaust of a large amount of air immediately increases the load on the air conditioning system and consumes a large amount of energy, but the carbon dioxide gas contained in the air inhaled by passengers is kept within the range permitted for human health. It was unavoidable because of necessity.

Therefore, if a device for removing carbon dioxide gas from the air becomes possible, the air conditioner can be made compact and energy-saving by recirculating and using the air in the passenger compartment. However, up until now, a small carbon dioxide removing device could not be realized, so it has not been realized in an aircraft or a vehicle.

By the way, in order to achieve the miniaturization of the carbon dioxide gas removing apparatus, conventionally, this type of apparatus is provided with two adsorbent containers, and so-called adsorption and desorption regeneration are alternately repeated. It is conceivable that the batch operation is performed by using a rotary type adsorbent container to enable continuous operation.

That is, the adsorbent structure is such that air flows only in the direction of the rotation axis, and fan-shaped partitions are provided at the inlet and outlet of the adsorbent to allow heated air to flow into the fan-shaped and out of the fan-shaped machine. It is exhausted to (Japanese Patent Application No. 3-2
75445). Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, two adsorbent containers 1 are arranged in parallel and filled with a carbon dioxide adsorbent, and the conditioned air passing through the passenger compartment is branched into two hands, one of which is exhaust heat of a circulation fan. The heated air is desorbed from the carbon dioxide gas adsorbent in one of the adsorbent containers 1 to regenerate the adsorbent and exhausted to the outside. The adsorption of carbon dioxide gas is recirculated by the adsorbent of carbon dioxide gas in the adsorbent container 1. In addition, 2 in FIG. 4 shows a switching valve.

In the carbon dioxide gas removing device according to the present invention, the internal heating element is energized to generate heat only by a part of the adsorbent plates radially installed. Of the process air that has flowed into the heat-absorbing agent container, only the air that has passed through the exothermic adsorbent carries away the carbon dioxide gas desorbed from the adsorbent due to the high temperature, and is scooped out in the pipe downstream and discharged outside the machine. The other processing air continues to adsorb carbon dioxide because the adsorbent has a low temperature. The container containing the adsorption plate is designed to rotate, and is energized by switching so that only the adsorbent in the range discharged downstream is heated.
