Conventional technology In order to efficiently dry high-moisture soybean grains, which tend to be easily damaged on the surface, without damaging the surface, soybean grains placed in the grain vat of a circulation-type husk dryer are While the soybean grains are still deposited on the ground, they are supplied with hot air, and in this state, the soybean grains that have been deposited are transported by a grain circulation conveyor that operates intermittently for short periods after a relatively long rest period. The sedimentary layer is
A method for drying soybean grains in which soybean grains are exchanged from the lower layer to the upper layer by a fixed amount of not more than half of the total amount thereof is known and was described in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 153754/1984 prior to the filing of this application.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention Incidentally, even in the conventional method of drying soybean grains of this type, the soybean grains with high moisture content are circulated and flowed many times during the drying process, so they are inevitably subjected to impact effects and scratches on the surface. This results in the disadvantage that it is impossible to prevent the formation of scratches.

Furthermore, in order to harvest soybean grains efficiently, it is generally necessary to harvest them early after maturity, and the moisture content of soybean grains at that time is usually over 20%, so it is difficult to harvest the soybean grains during harvesting and threshing. Soil tends to adhere to the soybean grains, resulting in contamination, and when the soybean grains are left to dry, they are lowered in grade and sold at a lower price.

Function A suitable amount of legumes A (e.g., soybean grains), which are harvested by a suitable harvesting machine, etc., and which are in a high moisture state contaminated by soil etc. during the process of being sloughed, and rice husks, bran, etc. After the amount of abrasive cleaning material B is put into the dryer 1 or 1' in a mixed state, the dryer 1 or 1' is operated. Then, the beans A and the abrasive cleaning material B are finished and dried to a predetermined moisture level by the flowing dry hot air while being stirred and mixed while flowing.

By the way, during the drying work as mentioned above,
Contaminated beans A are fluid-dried while being stirred and mixed with an abrasive cleaning material B made of rice husks, bran, etc., so even if the surface is easily damaged by a slight impact due to its high moisture content, contaminated beans A and However, since the abrasive cleaning material B acts as a buffer material and is flowed under stirring and mixing conditions, the contaminated beans A are flowed smoothly without being subjected to any impact, thereby preventing scratches on the surface. At the same time as the contaminated beans A are finished and dried while preventing the beans from drying, the whole contaminated beans A can be polished with the polishing cleaning material B, and the soil etc. that have adhered to the beans can be quickly wiped away to make them clean.

In Figs. 1 to 3, 1 is a fluid flow while stirring and mixing pulses A (e.g., soybean grains) contaminated with soil etc. during reaping work and threshing work with abrasive cleaning material B made of rice husks, bran, etc. A dryer capable of drying contaminated beans A to a moisture level of approximately 15% without damaging the surface with circulating dry hot air during drying, and at the same time cleaning contaminated legumes A, the dryer 1 is a dryer main body 2 which is formed as a bottomed cylinder with legs and an open top, and a blower plate 3 having a large number of blowholes 4 perforated on its surface is laid horizontally at a suitable height inside the dryer body 2. do,
A drying chamber 5 is formed in the upper part and a ventilation chamber 6 is divided in the lower part with the blow disk 3 as a boundary, and the dryer main body 2
A rotating shaft 7, which is driven and rotated by an appropriate power, is mounted at the center of the shaft. The rotating shaft 7 located in the drying chamber 5 carries contaminated beans A (for example, soybean grains) and rice husks stored in the drying chamber 5.
A plurality of stirring rods 8 are directly connected to each other to flow the polishing cleaning material B made of bran or the like while stirring and mixing it. Reference numeral 9 denotes a discharge gutter for discharging beans A and abrasive cleaning material B, which is installed in a downward direction on one side of the drying chamber 5, and the bottom wall 10 of the discharge gutter 9 has air stored in the ventilation chamber 6. A large number of blowholes 11 are opened to forcefully blow out a part of the dry hot air or normal temperature air, and the dry hot air or normal temperature air spouted from the blowholes 11 is discharged to the outside through the discharge gutter 9. The abrasive cleaning material B mixed in the dried beans is blown away and separated and sorted. Further, 26 is an opening/closing partition plate that is closed during drying and opened during discharge. Note that when the above-mentioned separation and sorting effect is poor, the dry beans can be further fed to a suitable sorter (not shown) to improve the sorting effect. 12 is
The hot air generator 12 is an open-connected hot air generator 12 connected to one side of the air blowing chamber 6, and includes a blower 13 and a burner 14.

Effects of the Invention In short, the present invention provides a method of putting pulses A contaminated by soil etc. and an abrasive cleaning material B made of rice husks, bran, etc. in a mixed state into dryers 1 and 1', and then The contaminated beans are dried by the dry hot air that flows while stirring and mixing with the abrasive cleaning material B, and at the same time, the contaminated beans are polished with the abrasive cleaning material B to make them clean. This is for efficient harvesting. Even though beans A have a high moisture content and have been harvested and shed early after ripening, and are contaminated by adhesion of soil, etc., the buffering effect of the abrasive cleaning agent B allows them to be distributed without damaging the surface. Whether or not it is possible to finish and dry the contaminated beans to the desired moisture level with hot air, the contaminated beans are cleaned by the abrasive action of the stirring and mixing action of the contaminated beans A and the abrasive cleaning material B.
It has the effect of significantly improving the commercial value of dried beans.
